Hi Rosheka, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes from knowing that nobody else can do what I do and that it is up to me to leave my imprint in this world. My gifts are from God for Gods people. My resilience comes because I can’t give up on me.

B.I.O.M.G married L.I.O.T.C the rest is history. We facilitate healing in the community through the arts. Because we believe we use everything as a way to heal and deal with mental health challenges. The brand is different because we are the message. Dance, Music, Poetry, Cooking, Sports,Parent Support Group. Together we grow. Together we show. Together Let’s gooooooo
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Faith. Focus. Following Through. One must believe more than you doubt. One must lock in and keep there eyes straight ahead. Then one must walk that walk by following through with what you have learned. Early in the journey getting closer to God is the most important. Knowing we can’t do anything on our own.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes. We are looking to partner with other organizations who are out here boots on the ground in the community. We need sponsorships from our bigger organizations to assist the smaller organizations in completing the mission of rebuilding our community one event at a time. It takes all of us. The work is plentiful we just need a few good souls that have not waxed cold. Let’s gooooooo
