My resilience comes from a deep inner strength and a genuine passion for what I do. I draw on my experiences, education, and the challenges I’ve overcome, which have shaped me into someone who thrives under pressure. My unwavering commitment to helping others, along with my constant pursuit of growth, keeps me grounded and focused, no matter how tough the situation. It’s this blend of determination and empathy that fuels my ability to bounce back, stronger every time.

I’m passionate about helping others feel empowered, confident, and transformed through holistic beauty and wellness services. I run Beauty By Rose, where we focus on body sculpting, weight loss, and non-invasive aesthetic services like teeth whitening, brow lamination, and dental gems. What excites me the most is seeing the positive impact our services have on people’s lives—whether it’s helping someone achieve a health goal or feel more confident in their smile.
One of the most special things about what I do is the holistic approach. It’s not just about the physical transformation but also helping clients feel better emotionally and mentally. I believe in educating my clients along the way, which is why I also offer classes in wood therapy, teeth whitening, and business creation to empower others to start their own journey in the beauty industry.
Recently, I’ve been focusing on expanding by hosting more events, like my upcoming classes in September that cover a wide range of topics from business creation to technical skills like teeth whitening. It’s an exciting time for me, and I can’t wait to continue helping others grow, both personally and professionally.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are resilience, a thirst for knowledge, and empathy. Resilience has helped me push through challenges, especially when building a business from the ground up. The ability to bounce back after setbacks has been essential. My thirst for knowledge has kept me evolving; staying curious and continuously learning new techniques and trends in the beauty industry has helped me stay competitive. Finally, empathy has allowed me to connect deeply with my clients, understanding their needs and helping them feel seen and supported.
For those early in their journey, my advice is to:
Develop resilience: Understand that challenges are a part of the process, and setbacks aren’t failures—they’re lessons. Stay persistent and remind yourself of your goals during tough times.
Commit to learning: Never stop seeking knowledge. Whether it’s through formal education, workshops, or hands-on experience, the more you know, the more you can offer.
Cultivate empathy: Building strong relationships with clients or customers is key. Listen to their needs, and make them feel valued. This will not only help you grow personally but also foster loyalty in your business.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ have been the foundation of my strength and guidance throughout my journey. Whenever I faced challenges, I turned to prayer and faith, trusting that God had a plan for me even when things seemed difficult. The Holy Spirit has been my guide, providing me with wisdom, discernment, and clarity in times of uncertainty, helping me make decisions that align with my purpose. And through Jesus Christ, I’ve learned the values of love, compassion, and perseverance. His example reminds me to stay humble, empathetic, and driven by a higher calling. My faith has been the cornerstone of my growth, both personally and professionally, and I truly believe that everything I’ve achieved is by His grace.
