Meet Roxi Fam

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Roxi Fam. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Roxi, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
I have been developing my confidence and self-esteem more so in the past three years. It all started in 2020 when I decided to heal my inner child and began to accept myself for being authentically me without worrying what others thought of me.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I love empowering women to develop a strong mindset, overcome self-doubt, and truly believe in themselves without reservation. I became passionate about this purpose because I had to go through a lot of challenges as a younger person when I was growing up and becoming a young adult. We need more women to lift each other up, support one another, and share how we can all become our best selves.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The advice I would give to my younger self and anyone who is going through a similar journey is to never give up, no matter how hard or long the road ahead is. Focus on the small milestones in between and celebrate the mini-goals as you’re on the way to your big goals. Your small goals help you get to your big goals, so always make sure you celebrate along your journey. Don’t be afraid to take risks as that is how you’ll grow.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I’d love to collaborate with women who are empowering others. I enjoy creating a community of like-minded individuals and would love to connect with women who are on the same journey. We are stronger when we form a sisterhood. Please reach out to me through my contact form at www.chicandlively.com.
