Ruxanda, thank you so much for making time for us. We’ve always admired your ability to take risks and so maybe we can kick things off with a discussion around how you developed your ability to take and bear risk?
Hi I’m Ruxanda, singer songwriter dancer, performer. I have been raised by 2 amazing parents, that taught me how to dream big, how to have great ethic of work and discipline. They are both musicians. I had almost bearly any fun in my childhood years. I was always doing either home work, practicing piano and vocal or practicing dancing. I aways knew i wanted to be a great singer. And I always dreamed to be in Hollywood. Part of my personality is inspired from my upbringing, and part was my strong desire to be who I am today. Here i am today, I live in Los Angeles, where is Hollywood, I have my own team working on my music and I’m living my dream as an artist, performing for a living, recording my new songs and touring. I took a otolaryngology of risks throughout my life for my dream, strating from my personal life, to changing geographically where I live. And I was not scared of changes. I knew it will be challenging buy iw as willing to do it, because i was doing it for my dream. I believe in myself and that’s part of taking risks. I would like to give advice to everyone out there, dream big ! And things will happen to you and eventually you will get where you want to be. Ruxanda

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Dream big and thigns will happen to you. Eventually you will get where you want to be.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
My parents gave me the education snd the great upbringing to become a very disciplined, persistent, and strong person.
