Meet Ryan LeVanseler

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ryan LeVanseler. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Ryan, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

This is something I struggled with for most of my life, always hiding, masking, and trying to fit into a puzzle I was never truly a part of. Now, I look back and laugh. I laugh at them, at myself, at the entire idea of caring what others think.

We all experience life differently. We grow up in different environments, we like different things, we have different beliefs, and we perceive the world in a unique way. Everyone we meet creates a new version of us in their mind, a version that is only a fraction of what we truly are. There are thousands of versions of us floating around, and yet the only real version is within ourselves. No matter what we do, what we say, or what we want, they will only ever be able to see us through the lens they wear. That’s because we can only see what we are.

Instead of worrying about how they see you, focus on how you see yourself. How do you see the world? That’s what matters. It’s your life, not theirs. The way they see you is not a reflection of you, it’s a projection of themselves, and if you really pay attention, it will tell you exactly who they are deep within.

Misery loves company. If you win, they feel like they lose. If you shine, it reveals what hides in the dark. They feel exposed. They feel inferior. They want control. They want power. That’s why they try to stop you.

When I realized this, everything changed. I allowed myself to breathe. To be. I remembered who I really was before I let them tell me. I started smiling again. I started to succeed. I started to live.

So I ask you, who are you doing it for? Look in the mirror, and remember. They don’t matter. The only ones hating are the ones who hate themselves. It was never about you.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My name is Ryan and I just turned 33 in July. I grew up in Michigan, in a small town called New Hudson where everyone knew each other. I lived on a dead-end street that should have been quiet, but you could hear the chaos for miles. The sirens were constant, the screams were louder, and the flashing red and blue lights were burned into my mind. Fighting was all I ever knew, and they tried to tell me it was normal. They said it was just love. I kept to myself, I blamed myself, and I even hated myself. I bit my tongue, and I suffered. That’s why I help others now. I never want anyone to feel the way I did. I would say I never want anyone to live the way I did, but it wasn’t living.

The important thing is that I survived. I made it out. I learned. I evolved. I gained priceless wisdom and experience that I use daily to inspire, uplift, and empower others. To help them thrive. It’s not about where I came from, but where I am now. Who I am.

I’m intense, but soft. Passionate, but calm. I see things most don’t, and I’m patient until they do. I know what it’s like, so I’m kind. Compassionate, and full of love. I’m a warrior and a poet. Darkness and light. I’m the paradox that can’t be defined. I’m present in all that I do, and I honor every moment with my heart. I’m beyond words and can’t be contained. A lightning bolt they tried to bottle and failed. I’m happy, and I’m grateful.

Professionally, I help others remember who they are. Not on the surface, but deep within. I guide them back home. I walk with them through the storm. Everyone I interact with transforms.

That’s the best part. That’s why I do it. It’s a truly special moment when you see their smile return. Their inner child light up. Their heart start to sing. And I don’t just do it for them, it’s also about the bigger picture. The ripple effect. It’s my way of changing the world for the better.

My business is called Seeds to Dreams and I focus on genuine one-on-one sessions. If you ever want help or just someone to talk with, please reach out.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The most important thing that kept me going was faith. A belief in something greater. A belief in love. A better future. A better version of myself.

It’s about never giving up, despite all external circumstances. Despite all the noise and the hate. You’ll get knocked down, but you can keep getting back up. Also, it’s about having fun. Otherwise, what’s the point?

So, I would say, the three qualities/skills that were most impactful on my journey were having faith, remaining resilient, and keeping my heart open while not taking everything so seriously.

My advice? Decide who you want to be. Decide what you want to experience. Hold onto that and never let go. Look in the mirror daily and embrace it. Become it. Live it.

How would you describe your ideal client?

Anyone that’s struggling or feels lost. Anyone who is truly ready for change, internally and externally.

I’ll show you the door you’ve been looking for, I’ll open it, and I’ll walk with you through it. If you’re already at the door, it’s even easier. You’ll look back and laugh.
