Meet Sabra Saint Sin

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sabra Saint Sin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sabra below.

Sabra, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

My self-confidence comes from many years of overcoming imposter syndrome. When you create and present yourself in the rawest form on stage is basically an act of letting the audience watch you fall in love with yourself. Burlesque has always been a political; we present our bodies as they are, no filters, no covering up the imperfections, and in doing so, we learn to love every aspect.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Honestly, this question is hard, but if I were to summarize what I focus on professionally, I create art for people to enjoy. Whether it’s burlesque, modeling, branding or acting. All of these aspects I participate in are incredibly special to me; they provide an outlet for everything that’s going on in my brain. Things I can’t contain. Currently, I’ve been focusing on my modeling while taking a moment to get back in touch with my roots when it comes to performing. I’m very proud of where my career has led me because now I’m able to interact with my audience on a much more personal level. You can find my work on Playboy and now Fleshlight, where I’ll be launching a product line.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

When it comes to three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that were most impactful in my journey, I would have to say it’s the things I learned early on in my career. Get involved with your communities, foster meaningful relationships, and the show must go on. When you focus on these aspects, you’re able to learn and grow in a healthy way that elevates your career and uplifts those around you. It’s never been about competition; there’s room for everyone.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

If I only had a decade of life left, I would spend it creating with those I hold close and near and dear to my heart. My favorite memories and times spent are not the ones in front of the camera, but the moments when everyone comes together behind the scenes. There’s something magical and memorable about those hidden moments. The moments when everyone’s ideas are fostered to create a bigger impact.
