Meet Sairan Aqrawi

We were lucky to catch up with Sairan Aqrawi recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sairan , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I found my purpose by navigating pivotal transitions in my life—moving to a new country alone, launching a business during the peak of my tech career, and empowering others to transform their challenges into opportunities. Each step clarified my passion for helping others redefine midlife as a powerful launchpad for success.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I help midlife women uncover their hidden talents and transform them into profitable side businesses in just 28 days. What excites me most is seeing women redefine midlife as a time for growth, confidence, and bold action.

My work blends the precision of engineering with the foresight of business strategy, creating custom solutions that empower my clients to achieve measurable success.

In addition to working with individual clients, I’m launching group coaching programs tailored to three unique groups: women who’ve never worked and want to start, those pivoting to a new career, and those building a side business while still working—aiming to make it their sole focus after retirement. Exciting times ahead!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three most impactful qualities in my journey have been resilience, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

Resilience taught me to embrace challenges and keep moving forward despite setbacks.
Strategic thinking helped me turn ideas into actionable plans, while adaptability allowed me to pivot and seize opportunities in dynamic situations.

For those early in their journey, my advice is:

1. Build resilience by viewing failures as lessons rather than defeats.
2. Develop strategic thinking by setting clear goals and breaking them into actionable steps.
3. Cultivate adaptability by staying curious and open to new possibilities—you never know where they might lead.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

The Success Principles by Jack Canfield has been transformative in my personal and professional development.

A few key takeaways:

1. Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life: This principle taught me that I control my outcomes through my choices, mindset, and actions.

2. Focus on Your Core Purpose: It reinforced the importance of clarity in my goals and aligning my actions with my purpose.

3. Act As If: By embodying the confidence and habits of someone already achieving my goals, I’ve been able to create momentum and attract opportunities.

This book is a powerful guide for anyone looking to create meaningful success.
