Meet Sandra Jones-Keller

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Sandra Jones-Keller a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Sandra, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
I feel my life’s purpose is continually unfolding. I am a Spiritual Energy Healer/Reader, an Intuitive Pregnancy and Conscious Parenting Coach, and the author of four books.  But I feel my overall purpose is to lift the vibration of humanity by being a contribution to the world; and that has looked like several different occupations and businesses. In fact, my very name Sandra means ‘protector or defender of humanity’.

It has taken many, many years for all the pieces of my life to fall into place in a way that makes sense to me. Even though I’ve been a certified Energy Healer since 1993, I didn’t always use this gift. After college, I worked several odd jobs before landing a job in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles. I loved working on productions and even produced and directed a short film called “The Power to Heal.” However, I was laid off for a second time after 9/11. At this point, I was feed-up with the progression of my career, and went back to odd jobs and various entrepreneurial pursuits.

During a conversation with a couple who were expecting their second child, I mentioned how I had developed two-way intuitive communication with my unborn daughter that helped me navigate my high-risk pregnancy. They looked at me with blank stares. I asked, “Doesn’t everyone do that?” And they answered with a resounding, “No!” Thus began my journey of sharing the power of two-way intuitive communication with my unborn and newborn babies, which eventually led to my Energy Healing and Coaching practice and writing four books. I also host the Conscious Parenting Show on News for the Soul Radio and Facebook Live with my husband and teenage daughter.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I feel life is a big adventure waiting to be discovered!

I started on my spiritual journey in the late 1980’s and haven’t stopped since. I am a certified Essene Energy Healer, have studied Egyptian mysticism through the Circles of Light I AM Ministerial Program, completed practitioner courses in Religious Science through Agape International Spiritual Center, and coaching and personal development courses through Landmark Education. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and have completed several Entertainment Studies Courses through the U.C.L.A. Extension Program.

I love to empower people to get in touch with their spiritual selves and to connect with their children as spiritual beings. I also love to travel and visit sacred sites around the world to better connect with the energy of the planet. I am fortunate that I am able to travel with my husband and daughter. Our longest trip to date–living in Oahu, Hawaii for 5 months.

Drawing on real-life experiences from the perpetual balance of family, career and quality of life, I am the author of a total of four books (“Intuitive Communication With Your Baby’s Soul”, “21 Lessons To Empower The New Age Kid”, “How I Beat Fibroid Tumors for a Successful Pregnancy Over 40”, and “Tips & Trips of Parenting a New Age Kid”) and created a self-empowerment program to train teachers, coaches, parents, kids and leaders on cutting-edge life skills and self-awareness techniques. I meet with private clients whenever possible and I am available to speak, conduct workshops, and consult worldwide.

What I find most exciting is the sheer number of people waking up. The energy on the planet is shifting to a higher vibration–many people are very uncomfortable and don’t know why. I have clients coming to me that wouldn’t have considered talking to me a couple of years ago because of religious beliefs and biases, or just because they weren’t open to energy healing. Now, people are seeking answers and relief. They want more balanced relationships with their mates and children. They want to feel more grounded and connected. They want to get in touch with their intuition. I’m having a blast sharing the tools and techniques I’ve learned and used over the past 30 years!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Perseverance–just keep going. Stay focused on what you’re committed to. The tides will turn in your favor.

2. Stay out of judgment–you never know what anything is for, or where it will lead, so stop judging yourself and your journey.

3. Acknowledgment–take time to see all that you’ve accomplished and how far you’ve come. You acknowledging yourself acts as a magnet to others acknowledging the gifts that you bring to the world.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I would love to collaborate with like-minded people who want to lift the vibration of the world! I can be reached through my website at SandraJonesKeller.com.
