Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sarah J Preston. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Sarah J with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?

I get my work ethic from a routine called my daily M.A.N. schedule: morning afternoon and night. All the time I am zooming in and out ensuring I don’t miss a thing. Getting tge work done that I created is my fun thing to do on the weekends, my work , my family and career is my love life.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am an artist, author, entrepreneur, & life coach. My art label is Hifi Art Express, I am the president of HeavenPlug.com and I have 6 published books on Barnes and noble.

Everything i do in my career is based from my life experience and a desire for people to grow and be happy from my services and to be independent.

My son is autistic and my desire to make the world a better place for him and children is my true passion as to why I I work around the clock.

My current service I provide is the workshop: Finding Love on Purpose through my site heavenplug.com and also the Workbook purchasable there as well.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

These 3 skills and qualities are timeless and they are:

Balance, organization and confidence.

When starting out, you must know what you want to do first, but don’t take too long to figure it out. Even if you fail, you will at least know what not to do . You will begin to have confidence when 1 thing works out , then another. Eventually you will see, there was a purpose. Like a movie , you have to watch it to know what it was about. But if you pay attention, the Universe will happily give you spoilers ahead of time.
