Meet Sarah Parise

We recently connected with Sarah Parise and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

When people ask me where I get my work ethic from, the answer is simple: my Dad. He grew up as one of eleven children in Upstate New York, in a household where hard work wasn’t optional, it was a way of life. He went on to climb all 46 high peaks of the Adirondacks, work his way to Cornell University, and ultimately become a successful professional and a pillar of our community.

From him, I learned that no challenge is too steep if you’re willing to put in the effort. His mantra, “a job worth doing is a job worth doing well,” has been etched into me since childhood. It wasn’t just about finishing the task at hand, but about showing up fully, giving my best, and taking pride in the outcome.

That foundation shaped who I am today. Every step I take in my own journey is rooted in the discipline, resilience, and integrity I watched him live out daily. My Dad didn’t just talk about work ethic, he modeled it. And because of that, I carry those values with me into every aspect of my life and career.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I help busy moms reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy by showing them how to carve out just 2% of their day for themselves. Through my signature Great Days For Mom Method, I combine fitness, simple meal planning, and self-care strategies that actually fit into real-life schedules. My work is not just about workouts or food, it is about helping moms feel strong, capable, and supported in every season of motherhood.

What excites me most is watching the ripple effect. When a mom feels healthier and more confident, her entire family benefits. Kids see a role model of balance and self-care, partners feel the difference in energy and connection, and the whole household becomes stronger. That is where the heart of my work lies: helping moms build more great days, which in turn builds healthier families and communities.

Right now, I am especially excited about expanding my offerings with new meal plans and destination events for my community. These include live trainings, seasonal challenges, and wellness workshops designed to give moms both practical tools and a supportive sisterhood. My mission is simple but powerful: to make wellness realistic and attainable for every mom, so that she can show up as the best version of herself.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are resilience, consistency, and connection.

Resilience has carried me through the hard seasons of motherhood and entrepreneurship. Life will throw curveballs, but the ability to get back up and keep moving is what makes growth possible. Consistency has been the quiet superpower. Small steps repeated daily create big results, whether that is in health, business, or personal growth. Connection has been the fuel. Building relationships, leaning on community, and surrounding myself with people who lift me higher has made all the difference.

For those just starting out, my advice is to focus on one area at a time. Build resilience by facing challenges head-on instead of avoiding them. Strengthen consistency by starting small and following through, even when it feels insignificant. And invest in connection by finding mentors, peers, and communities that align with your values. These qualities take time to grow, but they are the foundation that will carry you forward.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am always open to collaboration. On the individual side, I love partnering with other women-centered brands, health and wellness professionals, and community organizations that share the mission of helping women thrive.

I am also expanding the corporate wellness side of my business, which has been an exciting way to bring fitness, stress management, and healthy lifestyle tools into the workplace. I am especially looking to collaborate with companies and organizations that want to support their employees with practical, approachable wellness solutions that fit into busy schedules.

If you are interested in exploring a partnership or corporate wellness opportunity, the best way to connect with me is through my website or directly via LinkedIn. I believe that when we work together, we can create healthier individuals, stronger families, and more energized workplaces.
