Meet Sarah Reinhardt

We recently connected with Sarah Reinhardt and have shared our conversation below.

Sarah , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Well, I owe this to my Past Life self Ava, and this is such a good question! Honestly, I fought myself tooth and nail until I couldn’t deny it anymore haha. I was born with these abilities that I didn’t understand or really want while growing up and I know I’ve spoken about this before, but I want to try to go a bit more in-depth in this article. It all started because I was born remembering my most recent past Incarnation vividly, born with the memory of her life, her name, her face, those she loved and her rather unpleasant end of life. Her name was Ava and I owe her tremendously. Growing up, I felt angry and confused and like it was a curse to remember, “what was the point”. I would wake up from nightmares replaying her death, with a melancholy I couldn’t shake from losing those she loved also making it really difficult to be the me I am in this lifetime. It was almost as if I was trying to live her life again, but this time changing the outcome. It was a hard balance to find, but after years and years of denial and help (reluctantly) from other psychics that I shied away from and finally a love and acceptance of self, i realized the healing that comes from knowing where you’ve been and choosing to look to the now. There is a joy and freedom in the release of trauma and ability to see the lesson in it all and look to the future. After accepting myself, I realized I could see others past incarnations and help them collect the pieces of themselves they have left in the “past” to subconsciously release traumas, fears, cycles and karmas that have followed us from life to life.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My favorite thing about what I do is being able to connect to people. It took me a long time to decide what my “title” is. After a lot of thought and trial and error, i have landed on Psychic Medium Akashic Records reader. A mouthful,I know! I offer Past Life readings, Past Loved one readings, General tarot readings, Aura readings, Soul origin readings, Reiki sessions amongst others, but predominately the readings people come to me for are Past Life readings, Past Loved one readings as well as general Tarot or love readings. I’m deeply honored and love doing readings of any kinds for people, but I have to say I have a soft spot for Past Life readings. This is where I learned I was tapping into peoples Akashic Records! The best way I have found to describe the Akashic records is an energetic blueprint that we all have of EVERYTHING our souls have touched or ever been a part of. Our energies are even more specific than blueprints and regardless of which lifetime, whether it was as the you you know now or if you were a rock lying under a tree, its in Your records. When I head into a session, I call in their guides, loved ones, higher self, etc and through showing me this persons records, i ask for the lifetimes to come up that for whatever reason, whether I know it or you know it or NEITHER of us know why, need to be heard to release subconscious blocks and help us heal and move forward in this lifetime. Most of the time 2-3 lifetimes come up, with most of the time similar lessons, themes, traumas, people etc and my clients say that even just hearing the lifetimes brings up tears, feelings of love, and feelings of calm and “light heartedness” that leaves them feeling also like they understand themselves and sometimes their family and loved ones more as well. There is so much beautiful healing to be had from Your pasts and im ETERNALLY grateful to be able to connect people to themselves on a deeper level!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I would say Patience with myself, ability to let go of control and promise to treat every client and reading with the love and patience they deserve. Embracing these abilities and building that self trust to get out of the “imposter” syndrome takes and took a BIG lesson in patience with myself. I needed to learn to allow whatever is meant to come up for a client to come up and that I can’t force messages or connections with a spirit that may not be ready to come forward for whatever reason. I’m so glad people are more open about this whole spiritual world and being a psychic or practitioner, but there is not exactly a school or rule book for this, so learning how exactly it is that you work and how Your gifts manifest takes patience and lots of gentle love with yourself! My advice would be to take it step by step, meditate OFTEN and know that Your energy is special and how you reach people is worth the Patience and time it takes to grow this spiritual muscle!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I believe healing is stronger together and I am always looking to connect with other souls and practitioners! I often dream of one day planning a retreat with other healers and psychics to assist in sound healing, Reiki healing and group meditations where we can all come together to learn and grow from each other. I done a few group healing circles around the time I was Reiki attuned and there is nothing like that love and energy:)
