We recently connected with Sarah Soliman and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Sarah, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
When I started my business almost a decade ago, a friend of mine encouraged me to watch a documentary called “The Law of Attraction”. This was my first true introduction to the power behind a positive mindset. There was a segment in the documentary where an author shared how he took a dollar bill, a permanent marker, and wrote out 6 zeros on it to turn it into a $1,000,000. He placed this bill somewhere in his home where he could easily see it every day. I decided to do the same thing and place that bill on my bathroom mirror so I could see it every morning while I was getting ready for the day. It triggered this mindset of optimism making me feel completely unstoppable in business. My optimism and “can do” attitude opened so many new doors. I truly believe the Law of Attraction contributed to the success of my business and still does to this day as I continue to operate with a positive mindset.

I am the President & CEO of Soliman Productions, a full-service boutique production and marketing agency that serves the trade show and conference industry, in addition to working with businesses of all sizes to help them market their brand through compelling digital content. We are headquartered in Orlando, Florida where our building houses a podcast recording studio, a cyclorama green screen wall, a headshot/portrait studio, a FLEX studio for YouTube content, live streams, or photoshoots and a music recording studio. As a production agency, we produce video content marketing, provide audio visual services, virtual/hybrid events, content capture, recordings and distribution, photography and more. Our marketing arm focuses on storytelling for brands, social media management, marketing campaigns and more. What makes us truly unique is our ability to handle all content and marketing under one roof.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, I believe the three qualities that have propelled my business are my ability to create authentic relationships with others, the courage to promote myself online, and the quality and consistency of my work. These 3 aspects generate a trusted brand.
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
I am very blessed to have incredible parents that have supported my career journey from the very beginning. Unlike many entrepreneurs, I actually had no intention of ever becoming a business owner. My plan was to work for a company, make a good salary and operate in a 9 to 5 setting. I did that for a number of years until I became extremely unhappy working for the company I worked for. My discomfort led me to starting my business. I will never forget the phone call I had with my parents when the idea of becoming an entrepreneur came to me and how supportive they were from the very beginning. They always had this innate trust that whatever I put my mind to, I would be successful at. The most impactful thing my parents have done for me is instilled the confidence to become whatever it is I dreamed of becoming.
