Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sarah Walker. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Sarah, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
At 20, I survived a serious car accident that left me with chronic pain and fatigue. Traditional medicine didn’t fully resolve the issues, so I started exploring alternative therapies. Over time, I discovered wellness practices that gradually reduced the pain and helped me regain energy and balance. That experience completely changed how I see space and design. I began asking myself, what if our homes could actively support healing and long-term well-being?
That question became the foundation of my design philosophy. We now begin every architectural review with a wellness analysis. For me, true luxury isn’t just about appearance. It’s about how a home supports the people who live in it. We use biophilic principles, non-toxic materials, neuroaesthetics, and sustainable choices, all personalized to each family’s lifestyle. I believe true luxury is wellness because it elevates your quality of life. And a legacy of health is the most meaningful gift you can pass on to your family.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
We create fully realized, move-in ready legacy estates where wellness and design come together to elevate everyday life. Every project is grounded in the belief that a home should be more than beautiful. It should support your health, ease stress, and reflect your values for generations to come.
What excites us most is the depth of personalization and care. From the earliest architectural concepts through the final furnishings, we coordinate with your architect and builder, curate every detail, and document everything thoroughly so construction flows without disruption. Clients often save several months because all decisions are made and organized up front.
Our role is to simplify the process and protect your time. We eliminate decision fatigue and ensure the highest quality outcomes with the least client effort. Each home includes a Design & Care Portfolio that guides the build and serves as a long-term reference. We accept just three estates per quarter so we can provide focused attention, a dedicated team, and regular on-site involvement. Our private client system gives you a clear process, ongoing updates through a live portal, and the confidence of knowing what comes next.
Wellness is central to our design work. Every project begins with an in-depth analysis of layout, materials, lighting, and furnishings to ensure the space supports well-being, productivity, and relaxation. While we don’t follow a single aesthetic, our signature is timeless sophistication, adapted to each client’s style. We emphasize sustainable and low-toxin materials and source responsibly without compromising luxury.
Over the past 20 years, we’ve led more than 50 ultra-luxury residential projects, including family compounds and large-scale new builds. Our work has been featured in publications such as Luxe Interiors + Design, Forbes, Dwell, Homes & Gardens, and The Seattle Times. It’s a privilege to create homes that help families live well and leave a meaningful legacy.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Empathy
Understanding how people live and how they want to feel in their homes has shaped every aspect of my design journey. Our clients often oversee multiple properties or multigenerational living, and each family dynamic is distinct. Empathy allows us to anticipate unspoken needs, personalize every choice, and create spaces that feel deeply supportive. This quality is why our homes feel intuitive, effortless to live in, and emotionally grounding for the families who inhabit them.
2. Systems Thinking
Bringing a creative vision to life at the level our clients expect requires more than aesthetic talent. It takes fluency in architecture, layered coordination across stakeholders, and rigorous planning. Systems thinking allows us to execute highly personalized design without burdening the client. We manage complexity, eliminate decision fatigue, and keep projects moving forward. This ensures that our clients experience ease throughout the process while their home is brought to life with excellence and clarity.
3. Trust Building
When a client invites us to design a home that may serve multiple generations, they are placing significant trust in our process. We honor that trust through clear communication, consistent results, and an unwavering respect for privacy and discretion. Trust is not just a value for us—it is a daily practice. It allows our clients to confidently delegate, knowing every detail is handled with integrity and precision.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Q: Are you looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
We love partnering with those who share our commitment to thoughtful, long-term living. This includes family offices and estate owners seeking a seamless, wellness-focused design process, as well as luxury architects and custom home builders who value precision, collaboration, and a shared vision for excellence.
Our ideal collaborations begin early, during planning or pre-construction, so we can integrate wellness and design strategy from the foundation up. Whether it’s a full renovation or ground-up estate, our role is to lead the interior experience from design through furnishings, ensuring that every choice supports comfort, health, and longevity.
If you’re planning a project and want to explore how this kind of partnership could support your goals, we invite you to schedule a Private Client Discovery Call. This call is designed to understand your vision, confirm fit, and show how we integrate with your existing team. We’ll also walk you through your potential Design & Care Portfolio, which includes detailed drawings, specifications, and renderings that guide the entire process with clarity.
We accept three new estates each quarter to provide dedicated attention. To reserve a discovery call or explore future opportunities, please visit our website or connect directly through the contact information provided in this feature.
