We were lucky to catch up with SarahVeda recently and have shared our conversation below.
SarahVeda, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?
Confidence and self-esteem are often seen as destinations, but for me, they are reflective energies of how you play with life… or don’t.
My play to becoming even more confident and grounded was shaped by some formative experiences, academic pursuits, and a profound exploration of metaphysics.
As a teenager, my first experience with heartbreak/infidelity was both shattering and illuminating. It left me questioning not just how fragile my confidence could be at times but also the very nature of love and connection in general. In an effort to make sense of the experience, I turned to relationship self-help books. These books became my first glimpse into understanding human behavior, emotions, and the mechanics of healthy, thriving relationships. They planted the seed for my lifelong fascination with the deeper workings of the mind and heart.
This curiosity led me to study psychology in college, where I immersed myself in understanding the human psyche. I was captivated by the ways our thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences shape our reality. My academic journey provided some intellectual foundation to explore how our inner world governs our outer experiences. But while psychology offered basic tools for understanding the mind, I felt there was something deeper still to uncover—a thread that wove through the soul and the cosmos.
This yearning for a more profound understanding drew me to metaphysics—the study of existence, reality, and the unseen forces that shape our lives. Through this lens, I began to see life not just as a series of random events but as a co-creative dance with the universe. Metaphysics helped me connect the dots between my spiritual beliefs, my psychological insights, and my lived experiences. I realized that understanding the nature of reality was key to understanding my unique purpose in it.
One of the most transformative insights came when I began to explore the connection between sexuality and creativity. I believe our sexuality is our creative power—a force that shapes how we show up in the world, build relationships, and express our true selves. Through personal work and my practice with clients, I’ve come to see that optimizing this energy is not just about pleasure or performance but about aligning with our most authentic multidimensional selves.
This journey has led me to a place where my confidence feels unwavering and my self-esteem is deeply rooted. It is no longer tied to external validation or fleeting achievements but grounded in a profound understanding of who I am and why I am here. My spiritual beliefs, psychological knowledge, and metaphysical practices have all come together to form a solid foundation for my sense of self.
Today, I see part of my purpose as helping others unlock their own creative power and discover how to live more multidimensionally. I see the other part of my purpose to literally just ENJOY this existence as much as possible. Whether through my work with clients or my own personal exploration, I am committed to living and sharing a life that is aligned, vibrant, and TURNED ON.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I recently launched my new podcast on all major streaming platforms called Quantumly Kinky. I am also in the last stretch of my 4 year doctoral program to be a future doctor of Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and herbs (graduation 8/25).
My work bridges the ancient wisdom of holistic healing with modern approaches to intimacy, relationships, and creative self-expression. I’m passionate about guiding individuals and couples toward deeper alignment with their authentic selves, helping them unlock their full potential for connection, pleasure, and vitality.
My podcast, Quantumly Kinky, is where multidimensional exploration meets sensual liberation. It’s a space where I weave together metaphysics, psychology, spirituality, and the erotic to help listeners tap into their creative power. The show sometimes challenges traditional narratives about sexuality and relationships, offering fresh perspectives on how living in alignment with our deeper truths can expand every area of our lives.
What makes the podcast truly special is its focus on integrating the sacred and the playful—bringing reverence to the erotic while exploring the creative potential of kink and unconventional approaches to self-discovery. With each episode, my goal is to help listeners feel more alive, free, and connected to their multidimensional reality.
As a future doctor of Chinese Medicine, my clinical practice will be centered on helping individuals and couples achieve optimized sexual health, vitality and intimacy. I approach this work from an integrated perspective, recognizing that our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are interconnected. Using acupuncture, custom herbal prescriptions, and multidimensional perspective coaching, I help my clients address areas they want to optimize like desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunction, low libido, hormonal imbalances, and relationship strain.
What excites me most about this work is experiencing the transformation that occurs when people reclaim their connection to their bodies, their partners and their Erotic Self. Sexuality is one of the most powerful forces we have for healing and growth, and helping others harness this energy is deeply fulfilling.
I will be expanding my future practice to include deeply curated retreats focused on intimacy and connection, blending the wisdom of Chinese Medicine with the creative energy of play and exploration. These offerings will provide participants with like-minded community, tools and practices to deepen their relationships and help them learn more about what excites them and why!
At the heart of everything I do is the belief that our sexuality is our most profound source of creative power and personal transformation. My mission is to help people align with this energy in ways that bring them closer to their personal truth, their purpose, and their joy. Whether through my Podcast, clinical practice or future projects, I’m here to inspire others to live fully, authentically, and unapologetically.
For anyone curious about me or my work in intimacy and relationships, I invite you to connect with me on Instagram @quantumlykinky and join the play to step into a more turned-on, erotic version of yourself.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. Understanding your Personal Beliefs and the Nature of the Universe—
One of the most impactful areas of knowledge for me has been exploring how our beliefs shape our perception of reality. When I began to get into metaphysics and quantum mechanics, I realized that our understanding of how the universe works directly impacts how we move through life. Our beliefs drive our choices, relationships, and even our sense of purpose.
Advice:
For those early in their journey, start by questioning your beliefs. Ask yourself: Why do I think the way I do? and Does this belief serve me? Read books, listen to podcasts, and engage in conversations that challenge your perspective. The more you understand the foundational “rules” you live by, the more empowered you’ll be to rewrite them in ways that align with your highest potential.
2. Cultivating a Spiritual Relationship—
Developing and nurturing my spiritual connection has been a cornerstone of my growth and turn on. This relationship has taught me to trust the unseen, lean into the flow of life, and find meaning in challenges. It’s also been a source of grounding, helping me to stay aligned with my purpose even when life feels chaotic.
Advice:
Prioritize creating time and space for spiritual practices that resonate with you…. meditation, journaling, connecting with nature, being intimate— anything that activates this dynamic.
Remember, this relationship is deeply personal—it’s less about following a specific dogma and more about cultivating a sense of connection to something greater than yourself.
3. Leading with Passion and Excitement—
Learning to follow what excites me, what truly lights me up—has been transformative. When I started leaning into my passions and turn-ons, it opened up doors I didn’t even know existed. This approach has been a compass, guiding me toward the work and relationships that feel most aligned with who I am.
Advice:
Listen to your inner spark. What excites you? What makes you lose track of time? Start small by incorporating more of these moments into your life. Over time, allow that excitement to guide bigger decisions—whether it’s about your career, relationships, or personal goals. Trust that your passions are not random; they are the breadcrumbs leading you to your sexiest life!
These three areas—understanding beliefs, nurturing a spiritual connection, and following what excites me—have profoundly shaped my journey. For those just beginning, remember that growth is not about arriving somewhere but about continuously evolving. Be curious, stay open, and trust that what lights you up is the key to unlocking your fullest potential.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
I am a very enthusiastic reader so this is a hard question but one of the most influential books—or rather, series—in my development has been the Seth Series by Jane Roberts. These channeled works are a treasure trove of insights into the nature of reality, the self, and our interconnectedness with the universe. They introduced me to the concept of multidimensional existence and expanded my understanding of what it means to be a conscious co-creator in life.
Valuable Nuggets of Wisdom
1) “You create your own reality.”
This idea revolutionized how I view life. It taught me that my feelings, thoughts, and beliefs are not just passive experiences—they are active forces shaping my reality. Understanding this empowered me to take responsibility for my life and consciously align my actions with my desires and values.
2) We are multidimensional beings.
The Seth material emphasizes that we are far more than our physical bodies or even our conscious minds. We exist simultaneously across different planes of reality, and our higher selves are always available for guidance. This insight helped me deepen my trust in divine guidance and understand that challenges in life often have a greater purpose.
3) The importance of joy and play.
Seth repeatedly stresses the significance of joy, curiosity, and play in our lives. This shifted my perspective on personal growth—I realized it’s not about gritting my teeth through challenges but about embracing life’s beauty, pleasure, and wonder.
The Seth Series gave me a framework to understand my place in the universe and the tools to tap into my own divine guidance. It’s a series I revisit often, as its wisdom continues to resonate on deeper levels as I grow.
If you’ve ever felt that life is more complex, beautiful, and interconnected than it seems on the surface, the Seth Series is an incredible starting point. It’s not just a book—it’s a guide to understanding the vast, multidimensional nature of existence and your unique power within it.
