Meet Sb Cutts

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sb Cutts. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi SB, you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?

My generosity really stems from the way my grandparents raised me. They were some of the most giving people I’ve ever known, and they taught me what it means to be generous—not just by telling me, but by showing me every day. They gave so much to others, whether it was sharing food from their garden with neighbors or spending their time helping out in our community. Watching them, I saw that true generosity isn’t about having a lot to give; it’s about sharing what you have and being there for others in meaningful ways.

One story that stands out is when my grandfather spent several days helping a neighbor repair his home after a storm. He didn’t ask for anything in return, even though it took time away from our own projects. That experience made a deep impression on me as a child, teaching me that real generosity is about showing up for others, even when it’s not the easiest or most convenient thing to do.

My grandparents’ example taught me to see generosity as a habit and a way of life. Their actions instilled in me a desire to give back to others, not just through material things, but with my time, attention, and support. I carry that legacy with me, and I’m always looking for ways to honor their example by being generous in my own life.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am an Alchemic Energy Architect, blending skills as a fasciologist, integrative wellness coach, Reiki master, medical massage therapist, and yoga therapist. My work centers on transforming the body’s energy and structure to achieve balance and harmony, going beyond traditional healing to create a unique and transformative experience for each client. What excites me most is the journey of guiding individuals to reconnect with their own vitality and resilience through a fusion of therapeutic and energy-focused practices. By understanding the body as an interconnected system—physically, mentally, and energetically—I help people discover their inner strength and well-being.

My approach is rooted in fascia therapy, which I view as the body’s energetic web. Unlike conventional myofascial techniques, my work focuses on deeply connecting the body’s physical and energy systems, helping clients release not just physical tension but also emotional and energetic blocks. This process is particularly effective for individuals who put their bodies through intense physical demands—such as athletes, military personnel, and first responders—as well as those seeking relief from daily stress and emotional strain.

In addition to one-on-one services, I’m thrilled to be expanding my offerings with new wellness events, workshops, and service launches, including my Wellness Fusion: A 10-Week Integrative Coaching Experience. This program is designed to help participants create lasting wellness habits and explore their own healing potential. I also offer classes and certifications in Reiki, guiding others in cultivating their healing abilities.

Professionally, my focus is on helping clients realize their full potential by aligning the physical, mental, and spiritual. My practice—centered on grounding, transformation, and intentional healing—is continually evolving to meet the needs of a diverse community. I invite anyone interested in exploring these layers of wellness to connect, as I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and thrive through mindful, compassionate guidance.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Reflecting on my journey, three qualities have been especially impactful: deep listening, open-hearted compassion, and a commitment to continual learning. These have shaped not only my career path but also my approach to life and healing.

First and foremost, learning to listen deeply—to my clients, to the energies at play, and to my own intuition—has been transformative. Listening deeply isn’t just about hearing words; it’s about sensing what isn’t spoken, tuning into subtle energies, and allowing the body and heart to guide you. This form of listening creates a foundation of trust and understanding that is essential in any healing journey. My advice for those starting out is to cultivate a quiet space within themselves where they can truly listen, both to others and to their own inner guidance. This inner dialogue will help them connect authentically with the world around them.

Open-hearted compassion is another quality that has been crucial. When you approach each interaction with empathy, free of judgment, it allows you to see and serve others as they are, creating a healing space where people feel safe and valued. Embracing this quality helps you stay connected to your purpose, even through challenges. For those just beginning their journey, I’d say: allow yourself to be vulnerable, to feel, and to understand that healing and growth require both strength and sensitivity.

Finally, having an open mind and a commitment to learning has allowed me to blend diverse techniques and insights into my practice. The journey of a healer, coach, or therapist is one of perpetual growth, and each new skill or area of knowledge adds depth and dimension to your work. To anyone starting this journey, I’d advise them to approach each experience as a learning opportunity. Stay curious, be willing to evolve, and let your path be guided by a sense of purpose rather than rigid expectations.

In the end, I believe the key is to remain anchored in your heart and open to the endless possibilities that life has to offer. By nurturing these qualities, you’ll find that your journey becomes a source of growth, joy, and fulfillment—not just for yourself, but for those you touch along the way.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

In the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been learning the art of surrendering to the universe—releasing control and allowing life to unfold in its natural rhythm. Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up; rather, it’s about trusting that the universe has a plan, even if we don’t fully understand it at the moment. This past year has brought moments where I had to lean into uncertainty, letting go of my expectations and trusting that things would align as they were meant to.

This experience of surrender has been a powerful teacher. It’s helped me release the need for everything to be perfect or exactly as planned and, instead, allowed me to be more present, open, and accepting of whatever comes. In this state of surrender, I’ve found that life flows more effortlessly, with opportunities and insights appearing at just the right times. It’s as if, by letting go, I created space for new growth and expansion that I hadn’t anticipated.

My advice to anyone on a similar path is to practice trusting the process. Life’s challenges are often invitations to grow, and when we surrender to the universe, we open ourselves to receiving these lessons with grace. This doesn’t mean we don’t take action or make decisions; rather, it’s a practice of letting go of rigid expectations and embracing the flow of life with faith. Surrendering has shown me that when we trust, the universe provides, guiding us toward exactly where we need to be.
