Screecher, so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

In the realm of music, I keep many doors open. Its definitely a continuous evolution but I try to keep an open mind with the past and the present music. I always say there are no rules to music. That helps mix styles and taste to possibly create something. Whether its original or novel its something.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I started out just playing guitar. Through various bands, I realized at a young age most guys were too embarrassed to attempt to sing. So I attempted and it was pretty embarrassing. Somewhere out there are a few tracks with my vocals that shouldn’t exist. Now being in Zherra, I have become more skillful and try to remain open to constructive criticism.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Be friends with everyone. Never burn a bridge and try to keep up with technology. I’ve broke all these rules and now attempting some shotty patchwork trying to fix them.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

The main obstacle has been cutting through the masses of “bands” the appear on the internet. The instant swipe video format has destroyed music in my opinion. People cant sit through a whole song without feeling the urge to change it at 30 seconds. The new internet has oversaturated the music industry and its casting a shadow over bands that put in years of literal hard work. There are always positives to it as well. I have a few new ideas to resolve this obstacle. I’m aiming to put them to this test this year.
