We were lucky to catch up with Sean Allen recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sean, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.
I persist despite the haters by remaining true to who I am and fully embracing the responsibilities that’s connected to my purpose.
When I launched Sean Inspires, I wasn’t concerned with the opinions of people. The opinions of people that possess negativity within their thoughts and actions can become like cancer in your life of you aren’t careful. I’ve learned to trust my ability to operate in keen discernment which fortifies my persistence.
Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Working with each client is always centered with a unique approach to place the power back into the client’s hand ultimately.
What sets Sean Inspires coaching practice apart from others is my level of passion and empathy.
As an intuitive and empathetic coach, this ability heightens the level of results when working with clients.
I’m proud of my most recent success which is the release of my new book entitled: FLOW devotional 30 days of Transformation and Inspiration.
I want clients to know that no matter what challenges, or space they may presently be in life, there’s always an opportunity for a greater outcome. Sean Inspires brand is results driven fueled by excellence which will last my clientele for a lifetime.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back over my journey the three qualities that are most impactful for me I would say,
“Having a heart filled with faith, courage and diligence.”
The advice I would offer to anyone on any journey is to place their faith in God first and foremost, and also strong belief in themselves.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
The biggest area of growth for me over the last 12 months was learning to become more trusting.
My mantra now in the area of trust has become – Trust but Verify! LOL
I would also like to add, understanding the importance of selecting the right talent to work with me on special projects.
