Meet Sean Rowe

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sean Rowe. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sean below.

Sean , we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?

I train at the gym everyday , it’s a part of my self care .it has been the key component to having a better and positive lifestyle . I come from the night club industry that’s how I made a living for a long time in my life but it also was a toxic environment I was drinking heavy everyday and smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day and not taking care of myself . Then I made my mind up to make a change and haven’t look back since I stopped drinking smoking and it’s been almost 2 years and I have committed myself to a fitness lifestyle I lost 105 pounds so self care is important in order to live a full filled life now I’m running 30 miles for causes to help people so I’m grateful for the change and blessed …

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Well my goal is to come out with my own supplements to sell retail and promote and brand it .. but also use myself as the poster boy to show that you can do anything you put your mind too and continue to elevate my fitness arena. And continue to exercise and run and raise
Money for different causes

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Well I believe that everyone journey is different , and you have to go through things to tell your story . But some of the key things that has help me get through it and become a warrior in my environment is pray to GOD , believe in yourself , have grit through any weather and continuously tell your self you can do it and you will get through it …hypnotize yourself by always telling yourself you are the best at what you do

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

The biggest are in growth and improvement for me is being grateful for everything not taking anything for granted . And appreciate the little things ..
