We recently connected with Seth Menne and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Seth, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

I found my purpose in a personal relationship with Jesus. He taught me what it is I was made for. Through that it has given me courage to keep pursuing a calling that takes a lot of resilience.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

Currently I’m on mission as an indie/folk artist to share through song what God has done in my life. In 2025 I released my debut project called “Rebuild”. This project is a concept album detailing my personal conversations with the Lord.

My Prayer is, by being honest and vulnerable with this project that it encourages people to talk to God plainly and honestly in prayer. I want to encourage people to talk to God just like you talk to your best friend.

Looking forward into 2026 we have a national tour booked, traveling coast to coast sharing these song and new ones. With a new album on the horizon I’m excited to keep sharing the things God is working on in me.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back on 2025 having humility and making every moment a learning moment has propelled the course I’m on.

Learning new productive habits, being Malleable and willing to change course when the Lord tells you to, have all been things that kept me productive and encouraged this past year.
