Shari, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

Shari is an entrepreneur and cosmetics expert who has started her own company called Compelling Cosmetics. It’s a brand that provides high-quality makeup products designed to enhance your natural beauty.

Now, you might be wondering what makes Compelling Cosmetics so compelling? Well, it’s all about the ingredients. Shari believes in using only the best ingredients in her products. She has spent years researching and experimenting to find the perfect blend that not only nourishes your skin but also enhances your look.

Compelling Cosmetics offers a wide range of products, from foundations to lipsticks and everything in between. They even have a line of vegan makeup for those who prefer cruelty-free products. But it’s not just about the products – it’s about the people behind it too!

These WORDS & ACTION kept me going even on the days when I did not feel like going.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

I believe you should give yourself a lot to do in order to be productive, be your own distraction. Shifting my focus from one project to the next is my way of keeping myself entertained and proactive.
