Hi Shawn, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from working toward goals & things that I believe. This helps me stay motivated and committed. My positive mindset and strongly believe in myself to accomplish anything I want even when I’m faced with tuff obstacles. I believe that keeping positive mindset allows me keep strong relationships in my everyday social connections.

I’m Shawn the founder & owner of Speed Beverage Distribution Company. We are committed to the continued growth and success of the business thru strategic partnerships within the beverage industry. By focusing on building relationships with known retail partners, & suppliers as Speed Beverage aims to enhance its market presence and ensure that its offerings reach a broader audience.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The most impactful skills used on my journey to continued business growth involves understanding the beverage industry, type of products sold, and what consumers tend to like most or what’s effectively trendy in today’s market. These type of key things are very recommended advice for others getting started in other business industries as well.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

As a beverage distribution company we are always looking to make new friends within the beverage industry. The core business model of Speed Beverage revolves around building strong partnerships with other distributors, the retailers, and customers. This collaborative approach is aimed at ensuring that the wines and spirits we provide & represent become widely recognized in the retail marketplace. As we continue to focus on introducing unique products that are new to Michigan, thereby enhancing the diversity of brand offerings available to consumers.
