Finding my purpose seemed to be a natural journey that blended my passions and talents. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to numbers and had a highly developed sense for organization and detail. Connecting that with a strong desire to make a positive impact in others’ lives led me to the field of accounting. My faith in God has always guided me and instilled in me the values of integrity and service. When I realized that I could combine these strengths to help nonprofit organizations and ommunity-based businesses, my calling became clear. Starting CFO & Associates was more than just a business decision; it was a way to align my professional life with the principles I hold dear. In providing essential financial services, I found a way to empower those who strive to make a difference in our community.

I am the proud owner of CFO & Associates, a virtual accounting firm based in the greater metro Atlanta, GA area. We specialize in working with nonprofit organizations and community-based businesses, providing them with bookkeeping & accounting services, tax services, CFO services, business formation services, and much more. What makes our work so exciting and special is the opportunity to empower those who are striving to make a positive impact in our communities. Every number we crunch, every budget we balance, translates into real-world support for organizations that make a difference.

My drive to assist nonprofit organizations and community-based businesses has been a cornerstone of my success. It’s not just about numbers; it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives. Find what moves you, what connects with your heart. When you align your career with your passion, the work becomes more fulfilling, and success follows naturally.
My love for numbers and innate leadership abilities allowed me to excel in the financial sector and guide my team effectively. Invest in developing your technical skills and leadership qualities. Whether through formal education, mentorships, or internships, these skills will serve you well in any profession. Don’t be afraid to seek guidance and learn from those who’ve walked the path before you.
My faith in God and determination to push through challenges, even when it took me until the age of 26 to receive my bachelor’s degree, kept me focused on my goals. Embrace the journey, even if it takes longer than expected. Life is full of twists and turns, and it’s never too late to pursue your dreams. Seek mentorships and internships to gain practical experience and learn from others. These opportunities can provide invaluable insights and connections that can propel you forward.
Looking back, I realize that every step, and every decision, has led me to where I am today. My wish for those early in their journey is to embrace their path, learn from both triumphs and setbacks, and keep moving forward with faith, determination, and a clear vision of what they want to achieve
