Hi Shelby and Ryan, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Our purpose found us. Once we both experienced Breathwork we had this deep knowing we had to share it with as many people as possible.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I (Shelby) moved here from Indiana back in 2020. When I first met Ryan I had no idea what Breathwork was. Honestly, besides loving yoga and practicing it often I didn’t know much about the spiritual world. Ryan really encouraged me to step into it because he said I had a gift. I really didn’t believe him haha, it took months and I mean months for me to even be convinced to try a Breathwork class of his because I was scared and I am sensitive. I will never forget how surreal it was after. I felt the deepest feeling of peace and calm I ever had in my life. And really I was hooked ever since. I knew Breathwork was going to add so much light to the world, ultimately saving it. Ryan later suggested I become Reiki certified. I again knew nothing of this, but surrendered and dove in. Being a nurse in a hospital I did Reiki for the first time with a terminally ill patient ever and it was an experience I will never forget. The release she felt, tears we shed, and words she’s expressed after felt like a miracle and I will hold it close to my heart forever. These intimate experiences I was able to have with my patients were so touching and moving. I knew I had to spread the power of the Breath and other healing energy to as many people as fast as possible. Doing this work alongside Ryan was a no brainer. He creates and holds a space, even the sensitive people out there can feel good in. He is pure and genuine hearted. He guides others through Breathwork in a way I have yet to experience with anyone else. I am beyond grateful and honored to have him as a teacher, partner and friend. I was able to practice and master the wisdom of the Breath the way ancient spiritual teaching is meant to be learned, by working side by side with the teacher. I trusted my intuition and leaned on his teachings to guide me in my own internal practice and of course facilitation.

The thing we are most excited about is discovering something we believe in with our whole beings. Something we have witnessed and experience transform lives in ways indescribable over and over again. And we are beyond filled with gratitude and excitement to reach as many people as possible. Hoping to make a positive vibrational change in the world.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Passion, authenticity, gratitude. We never take anything for granted. Whether it is a private session, a beautiful retreat, an intimate or sold out class we bring overwhelming passion and gratitude in our hearts for the oppurtunites to spread the power of Breathwork. And we consistently show up as us, never trying to put on a show or be anyone or anything we arent authentically when we wake up in the morning.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

Transforming this in from being a side/part time gig to financially supporting us to be our full-time job. This is our life’s mission, and we are struggling without a lot of social media content and the Oppurtunites that will bring in consistent income so we can continue to pour into all areas of Breathwork and continue sharing it with as many beings as possible. Right now we both had to work full time jobs that take a lot of our energy and time. And we would like to have more time to put into Unearth Your Soul so we can fulfill our mission.
