Meet Shelby St Clair

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Shelby St Clair. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Shelby, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I found my purpose by following the breadcrumbs of my own healing. My journey started from a place of deep trauma and burnout. I had built successful businesses, but I was exhausted, disconnected, and craving peace and freedom. I realized that success without soul just didn’t feel like success at all.

It wasn’t until I gave myself permission to slow down, tune into my intuition, and do the inner work that everything started to shift. I began exploring healing modalities like NLP, Reiki, Hypnosis, and trauma-informed coaching, not just to serve others, but to heal myself. And through that process, I began to see how many women were out there with incredible gifts, stuck in the same cycle I had been: overworking, underearning, and doubting their worth.

My purpose revealed itself in those moments when I realized I wasn’t here to just build a business, I was here to lead a movement. A movement of #AwakenedBossLadies who are ready to rise, to lead with their soul, and to create success on their terms. That’s when I birthed the Soul Alignment Activation™ Method, and everything clicked into place.

So for me, purpose wasn’t found in one big “aha” moment, it was discovered through healing, alignment, and trusting that I could turn my pain into power and my lessons into liberation for others.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m Shelby St.clair. Creator of Soul Alignment Activation and multi-passionate entrepreneur. My work is rooted in the belief that your outer success begins with the inner work. I guide coaches, healers, and creatives through deep transformation helping them align their energy, clear limiting beliefs, and build thriving, soul-led businesses that generate $10K+ months while honoring their peace, purpose, and freedom working part-time hours.

Right now, what lights me up the most is being in close proximity with the women I serve. I’ve recently launched the SHE-EO Evolution Series—a free, monthly in-person workshop that gives women who aren’t quite ready (or don’t yet have the resources) for coaching the opportunity to connect with themselves, lay a strong foundation for their business, and become the SHE-EO of their lives. These gatherings are powerful, soulful, and real, which is exactly how I lead.

One thing I’m incredibly proud of is that people can feel me in my work. I’m not here to put on a polished front. I’ve had clients tell me over and over again that they’ve never experienced a coach as authentic, grounded, and real as I am and that reflection gives them the belief that if I can do it as me, then they can do it as them. That’s everything.

I just launched one of my most revolutionary tools yet: the Soul Aligned Success Blueprint. It’s a custom GPT that uses your Astrology and Human Design to create a completely personalized roadmap for success. It’s a beautiful fusion of intuitive guidance and strategic clarity and it’s been getting insane feedback.

Beyond that, I’m in expansion mode. Brunch with Babes, my nationwide masterminding community, is growing rapidly. We currently have 6 active chapters and plan to be in 12 cities by the end of 2025. We’re not just changing the way women network, we’re transforming how they connect, co-create, and rise together.

At the core of everything I do is my mission to Awaken Boss Ladies across the world. Hustle culture is dead. We’re entering a new paradigm where soul alignment is the key to sustainable success. When we shift our frequency, we shift our lives, our businesses, and ultimately, the world.

It’s not about the money—though yes, abundance is beautiful. For me, the real win is watching women rise into their power, build the businesses of their dreams, and become living proof that we can have it all without burning out, selling out, or playing small.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back on my journey, the three most impactful elements that shaped my success have been:

Emotional Intelligence
Understanding my own emotions and being able to hold space for others in theirs completely transformed how I lead, coach, and connect. Business is deeply personal, especially for heart-centered entrepreneurs, and being able to navigate the emotional terrain with compassion and clarity is everything.

Advice: Start by getting radically honest with yourself. Sit with your emotions. Learn to regulate your nervous system. Emotional intelligence doesn’t come from reading a book, it comes from being present with yourself and doing the inner work consistently.

Energetic Mastery
Learning how to protect, align, and direct my energy has been a game-changer. I used to pour everything out and wonder why I was burnt out and still stuck. Once I realized that energy is the foundation of everything my business, my relationships, my results, it all started to shift.

Advice: Pay attention to how things feel. Your body knows before your mind catches up. Develop practices that bring you back to center: breathwork, energy healing, grounding rituals. Your energy is your most valuable currency, protect it fiercely.

Authentic Strategy
Strategy is important but it has to be yours. Early on, I tried to follow all the “shoulds” and templates, and it left me feeling disconnected and drained. The moment I gave myself permission to build a business based on my gifts, intuition, and truth was the moment it all started to flow.

Advice: Learn from others, but don’t copy them. Let your strategy be a reflection of your soul. The more authentic you are in how you show up, the more magnetic and sustainable your business becomes.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, my first instinct used to be to push through, to hustle harder, work longer, and “figure it out.” But I’ve learned that overwhelm is never solved by doing more. Now, I pause. I get still. I ask myself: What do I need right now to feel safe, supported, and clear?

Sometimes that means stepping away from my laptop and getting out into nature. Sometimes it means crying it out, journaling, or moving energy through breathwork or sound. I’ve realized that overwhelm isn’t a productivity problem it’s usually a sign that I’m disconnected from myself.

My go-to strategy is to come back to my body and my breath. I give myself permission to rest, recalibrate, and reconnect. And when I return to my work, I do it from a place of alignment rather than anxiety.

My advice:
Don’t shame yourself for feeling overwhelmed. It doesn’t mean you’re failing, it means you’re human. Create space to slow down. Ask yourself where you’re leaking energy or saying “yes” when your soul is saying “no.” Overwhelm is an invitation to realign, not a signal to push harder.

Your power lives in your presence, not your pace. The more you honor your energy, the more sustainably and joyfully you’ll grow.
