Hi Shreyaa, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I believe confidence and self-esteem are built from a place of authenticity, individuality, and empowerment. As a global model, actress, and media personality, I use my voice and platform to champion self-worth and inclusivity in every space I enter. Authenticity Over Perfection I embrace my imperfections—they are part of my journey, my story, my strength. True beauty lies in being unapologetically yourself, not in meeting unrealistic ideals. Diversity and Inclusion I stand for body positivity, cultural richness, and gender equality. Everyone deserves to feel seen and celebrated for who they are, no matter their background or appearance. Empowerment Through Expression Whether I’m walking the runway or speaking on a global platform, I believe in expressing yourself without fear. Confidence thrives when you own your identity and speak your truth. Purpose-Driven Choices Every project I take on reflects my values and the legacy I hope to leave behind. I find power in intention—aligning my actions with what truly matters to me.

I am an international model, influencer, and entrepreneur who has seamlessly blended fashion, media, and empowerment into a thriving global brand. As the Founder and CEO of SSVJ Model Media, I lead a forward-thinking creative platform that brings brands to life through high-impact shoots, innovative e-commerce campaigns, and talent empowerment initiatives—offering meaningful opportunities to emerging talents across the industry. My journey was elevated with the honor of being crowned Mrs. Universe Asia USA 2022, which opened doors for me to acquire official licenses to mentor, crown, and select international titleholders within the global pageant circuit. Today, I stand as a guiding force for women who embody diversity, ambition, and purpose. With an Honorary Doctorate in Media & Fashion, my mission is rooted in purpose—using fashion and media as tools to inspire, uplift, and create lasting impact. I’ve graced global runways and red carpets, representing brands and causes I truly believe in. If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Multidisciplinary Knowledge — With a foundation in filmmaking, audio engineering, international business, and media studies, I bridge creativity both on camera and behind the scenes. Resilience and Purpose-Driven — I’ve turned every challenge—from breaking stereotypes to balancing career and family—into fuel for empowering others with strength and unwavering self-belief. My advice to aspiring talents, be bold, stay focused, and never stop believing in your journey. Take risks, build purposeful connections, and let passion fuel your path. I’m driven by a mission to spark confidence and empower others to pursue their dreams without hesitation. If there’s one thing I know for sure—it’s this: the perfect moment is now.
