Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sicadia-Paige. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Sicadia-Paige, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience was born from being a shy, sensitive little girl growing up in a small Southern town—one where being quiet was often misunderstood as being snobby, and where I never quite felt seen. I always had a deep desire to help people, but I also always felt different, especially in a place where religion shaped so much of identity and expression. I didn’t have the language back then, but now I know I was wired for something more intuitive, more soul-led.
I’ve lived through a lot—bullying, grief, chronic pain, sexual trauma, the silent battles of self-doubt, and the tug-of-war between staying in a stable career and stepping into the unknown. For years, I stayed in a career as a dental hygienist because it felt safe—but my soul was calling for something deeper. It took years of walking through discomfort to finally open True You Collective and fully commit to my purpose.
Resilience, for me, isn’t about pushing through—it’s about softening into duality. It’s understanding that feeling broken is okay, that discomfort is part of the path, and that healing doesn’t mean perfection. I speak the language of resilience because I’ve lived it—in my body, in motherhood, in relationships, in loss, and now in service to others.
That’s what makes my work so honest—because I’ve walked it. My background in science grounds me, but it’s my lived experience and deep empathy that fuel what I do now.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My name is Sicadia-Paige, and I’m the founder of True You Collective—a sacred wellness space in Arvada, Colorado, created to help people heal through frequency, sound, and nervous system restoration. I’m a Certified Vibroacoustic Therapist, End-of-Life Doula, and specialize in nervous system and grief support using tools like Vibroacoustic Sound Lounge with Technodelics, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and InstaSculpting.
What makes True You Collective so special is not just the science behind our modalities—but the intention behind everything we offer. Our logo itself is rooted in sacred geometry, inspired by my own healing experiences with plant medicine. That symbolism became a guiding force for the space—a reminder that healing isn’t linear, but deeply intelligent and multidimensional.
I opened True You Collective after years of working in more conventional spaces, finally stepping into my soul’s work. I’ve walked the path of chronic pain, emotional trauma, and self-doubt, and I know what it feels like to search for something more. What we offer here is more than wellness—it’s nervous system repair, cellular reset, and a return to wholeness.
Professionally, I’m most excited about two things:
First, writing. It’s a lifelong passion that I’ve had to put on the back burner—until now. I’m launching a series of ebooks, beginning with “Cocooning in Grief: Flowing into the True YOU,” to make this work more accessible and impactful for people right away.
Second, I’m deeply inspired by the path of expansion. As our space continues to fill—and it’s happening quickly—the long-term vision is to open a second location. It means more access to healing, more spaces for nervous system restoration, and more people reconnecting with the truest version of themselves. More light, more frequency, more True You.
On a personal level, I deeply love being a mother and watching the kind of humans my kids are evolving into. I also feel endlessly grateful to live and build this work in Colorado—it’s the place where I found myself and my community.
And truthfully, what excites me most day-to-day is watching someone walk out of our space feeling better. That is the greatest review. My mission is to educate and inspire, to help people understand why their bodies and nervous systems respond the way they do—and how much is possible when we work with frequency, not against it.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, the three most impactful qualities on my journey have been:
1. The ability to trust my inner knowing—even when it didn’t make logical sense.
There were so many moments where the safe, expected path would have been easier. But there was always a deeper pull I couldn’t ignore. Learning to trust that inner guidance, especially when it challenged my comfort zone, was everything. For others just starting out, I’d say: tune in, listen more than you seek advice, and allow discomfort to be part of your clarity. Your intuition is a skill—build it.
2. Nervous system awareness and regulation.
Understanding how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, and energy has completely changed the way I move through life—and how I help others. It’s not just about mindset; it’s about safety in the body. My advice? Learn about your nervous system. Get curious about how your body speaks to you. Support it with breath, stillness, vibration, and rest. The more regulation you have, the more aligned action you can take.
3. Knowing how to bridge science and soul.
Coming from a healthcare background as a Dental Hygienist for 22 yrs, I used to think everything needed evidence to be valid. But healing isn’t linear—and so many of the most powerful tools we work with today (like sound, frequency, and light) go beyond the traditional model. My journey has been about integrating what’s measurable with what’s felt. If you’re new on the path, don’t be afraid to walk between worlds. That’s where the magic is.
Above all—stay open, stay humble, and let your healing be the teacher. Every hard moment has something to give you. Let it grow you.

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?
This question hits home for me in a very real way. I lost my best friend—my soul sister—at just 38. That kind of loss changes you. It wakes you up to how precious and short our time really is. Even if we live to 100, it’s never enough for the ones who love us. That awareness has shaped everything I do.
One of the biggest lessons on my journey has been learning to let go of the fear of finances in order to say yes to my soul’s calling. I went into debt to open True You Collective—and I’d do it again. Because what’s the cost of not doing the thing you were born to do? We don’t take our credit score with us. We don’t take the “shoulds.” But we do take the impact we made, the love we gave, and the legacy we leave.
And that legacy—it’s not just about trust funds and college accounts. For me, it’s about my kids seeing that I lived what I taught. That I was brave enough to change directions. That I honored my gifts and gave them back to the world. I want them to see that choosing your path doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your family—and that, in fact, it’s because of them that I had to choose courage over comfort.
Don’t let having children be your reason not to jump. Don’t buy into the shame that says being a parent and being a dreamer can’t coexist. Your kids don’t need you to be perfect—they need to see you real. They need to see what embodiment actually looks like. And you’d be surprised how much they rise with you, support you, and even become part of the vision.
I’ve cocooned for years—learning this the hard way, embodying it, grieving, shedding, and reemerging with a deeper understanding of what really matters. That’s what True You Collective is rooted in. It’s not just a business. It’s a space born from that truth: that you are allowed to follow your soul’s timing, and that healing is worth the risk.
Because the alternative—living a life half-claimed—was never an option for me.
