Meet Simona Lazinsk

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Simona Lazinsk . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I’m Simona Lazinsk — author, entrepreneur, speaker, breast cancer survivor, and founder of The Bridge Method. My journey has been anything but ordinary, and I’ve come to see every challenge as a stepping stone to something greater.

Professionally, I wear a few hats — but at the core of everything I do is a deep commitment to empowering women to transform their pain into purpose. Through my coaching, speaking engagements, and community-building efforts, I help women reclaim their voice, rewrite their story, and step into their power — whether they’re healing, building, or launching something new.

One of the most exciting parts of my work is how it blends inspiration with action. I don’t just tell stories — I offer strategies. The Bridge Method, which began as a book, has become a movement. It’s about helping people move from where they are to where they truly want to be, using the exact “bridge” I built to rebuild my life after loss, illness, and reinvention.

Right now, I’m focused on expanding my coaching programs, launching my first Female Empowerment Summit, and partnering with brands and organizations that align with my mission. I also help businesses and nonprofits amplify their impact through custom promotional products — a creative passion that’s turned into a thriving business.

I’ve recently had the honor of being featured in Katie Couric Media, Orange Appeal Magazine, and Lake Mary Life — and I’m currently on a book tour with events at local venues like Kendra Scott, where I combine community, conversation, and cause-driven storytelling.

What I want readers to know most is this: you can start over at any time. You are never too broken, too behind, or too far gone. If I can make a comeback, so can you — and I’m here to help you build the bridge to your next chapter.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities that were absolutely essential in my journey were resilience, self-belief, and resourcefulness.

Resilience helped me stand back up when life knocked me down — whether it was losing my parents, facing a cancer diagnosis, or navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. It’s not about being unshaken; it’s about continuing to move forward, even with shaky knees. For anyone early in their journey, my advice is this: don’t run from hard things. Lean into them. Your strength is built in those moments.

Self-belief wasn’t something I was born with — I built it, step by step. I didn’t always feel confident, but I chose to believe in my potential anyway. If you’re just starting out, surround yourself with people who speak life into you. Create affirmations, celebrate small wins, and show up for yourself even when no one’s clapping. The more you keep promises to yourself, the more you’ll trust your own voice.

Resourcefulness was a game-changer. I didn’t always have the tools, connections, or roadmaps — but I figured things out. I asked questions, learned from others, and stayed curious. My advice? Stay open. Say yes. Take the class. Watch the tutorial. DM the mentor. So much of success comes from the willingness to learn and pivot when needed.

Your journey won’t look like anyone else’s — and that’s the beauty of it. Focus on growing who you are, not just what you do. The rest will follow.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?
The most impactful thing my parents did for me was instill in me a deep sense of courage and work ethic — simply by the way they lived their lives.

Even though I lost them at a young age, their influence has shaped every part of who I am. They showed me what it meant to persevere, to sacrifice, and to lead with love. My parents came to this country with hope and determination, and they worked hard to give me a better future. Watching their strength — especially in times of struggle — taught me to never give up, no matter how difficult life gets.

Their memory has been my fuel. When I faced breast cancer, when I started my businesses from the ground up, and when I stood on stage to share my story — I carried their legacy with me. I wanted to make them proud. And I still do.

Their greatest gift wasn’t in what they gave me materially — it was the belief they had in me, even in the short time we had together. That belief has lived in my heart ever since — and it’s become the foundation of everything I’ve built.
