Hi Sina , so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
Being the only one can be an opportunity for growth, learning, and breaking barriers. Embrace your uniqueness and use it as a catalyst for progress. You gotta own it. Provide value, ask yourself, what can you do, present, or share to be different, ride on your strengths and take risks, fail forward.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
We’ve created a buisness model that accelerates the ability to scale and grow most insurance agencies and real estate brokerages by several multiples with low overhead and exponential returns.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Know your worth, as in don’t settle for a paycheck if you believe you have the grit to hustle for profits. Ask yourself, how much is your time worth and do what it takes to deliver your own answer. Invest in yourself more than you expect of others to invest in you. And make sure to always bring value to your circle and those around you. When you have a group of like minded professionals that run that formula, your results will be exponential vs those who don’t.
