We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Snilder Josselyn. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Snilder below.
Snilder, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
My generosity stems from my childhood, which formed my core values, morals, and lifetime goals. Throughout my lifetime I have studied the way people behave in society—by the way we speak and treat one another. Migrating to the United States at the age of 5 with my family, I witness homelessness for the first time and ever since that experience, I grew the passion to help those in need.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Snilder Josselyn, know as FamousJadore, born in Haiti on March 13, is the Founder and CEO of Brodies DMV. Known for his fashion and business ventures. In 2012, he discovered a local group within the DMV called the “12:00 Boys” that grew quickly through networking and events. Beyond the social media platforms, he is a advocate for the LGBTQ community, raising awareness and spreading love through every encounter.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
3 skills that were most impactful in my journey are— my ability to empathize with others, heal, and win friends/peers over with humility.
A advice to those who are early in their journey is— stay grounded in your passion no matter what life throws at you, every experience is a brick to your foundation.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking for fellow creatives who have a burning passion for success— join the movement on Instagram by following the Brodies DMV page, @Brodies_DMV and @FamousJadore
