Meet Snow Ford

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Snow Ford. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Snow, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I got my work ethic from people telling me I wasn’t enough

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I began around 8 years ago I think. With cymatics samples around 2 – 3 years in I bought serum via splice. And that changed the game for me personally
Ever since signing to cellblock collective I will say I’ve been focusing on branding and art.
Shoutout owner and artist Tyler Anderson and co owner Eric Chapmen. They’re the real ones
As of right now. I’m planning a metal EP with my alias N4TURE which is vocals and everything other than dubstep.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

I think people don’t know how to take feedback me included for awhile. But I wish I had people like lostpoolboy and bigduckenergy and their community on twitch for feedback.
I wish I had friends that supported me like I met after I started getting “good”
And I wish I had to opportunities I have now such as interning at a studio here in Houston, TX

For the people.
Take advice, feedback, hate with a grain of salt cause music is art and art is subjective

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

Star Crash for sure.
I’ve only known her for 2 years but she’s had the biggest impact in both my life and music
She has taught me life lessons as well as DV20
