Meet Solange

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Solange a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Solange , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from life itself. I’ve learned through every fall, every silence, every new beginning. I’ve worked hard and have always drawn inspiration from strong women — they taught me about courage, vulnerability, and growth. Especially through relationships, I came to understand that feminine strength isn’t just about endurance, but about turning pain into power. Every story left a mark, and every mark made me more whole.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

My brand was created not just with beauty in mind, but with a deeper purpose: to help people face their lives, their challenges, and their skin with courage and self-love. “Face Your Skin” is more than a name — it’s a movement of empowerment. I dedicate this work to my clients so they can feel good from the inside out.

I practice integrative aesthetics, which means I approach each person with empathy and care. Even when I can’t solve a problem immediately, I listen deeply and commit to helping not just with their skin, but with whatever might be connected to their well-being. I often say the magic — the true difference — is in my hands and in the therapy I offer. My facial therapy sessions are quiet, intentional moments where I observe, listen, and hold space for everything my clients need to share.

What excites me most is seeing transformation — not just in appearance, but in confidence, energy, and self-worth. My brand is growing, and I’m currently working on expanding services and launching new experiences that combine skincare with emotional healing. It’s a journey, and I’m honored to walk it with every person who trusts me.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three Most Important Qualities, Skills and Areas of Knowledge

In the world of aesthetics, we learn that there’s a wide range of treatment options — but I chose to focus on those I’ve personally experienced: acne, sensitive skin, and relaxation therapies. My approach combines both clinical and holistic perspectives, and I’m constantly exploring new studies and techniques to improve my practice.

However, I believe that true transformation doesn’t come only from technology or the best products. It comes from the human touch — empathy, dedication, and genuine care for each client. I always say the real magic lies in how we listen, connect, and create a safe space for healing. That’s what makes the difference.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I’m looking for partners and collaborators who share a growth mindset — people who are aligned not only with building a prosperous business, but also with being human-centered in everything they do. My focus is on delivering high-quality services that promote both personal and professional development. I believe that success comes from combining empathy, excellence, and a clear business vision. When we work with purpose and integrity, profitability becomes a natural result of the value we create.
