Meet Sophie Zollmann

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sophie Zollmann. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Sophie, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I get my resilience from surrounding myself with coaches, teachers, mentors, friends, colleagues and family who are there for me through all things. They believe in me when I doubt myself, make a mistake or flat out fall on my face. And some of those people really showed their belief in me during the worst time of my life in my business in 2019. I never knew just how much they cared, believed in me and were willling to step up and get me through that really rough part of my business life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I own a full-service digital marketing team-based business that steps in to to do the strategy, implementation and metrics/tracking of the initiatives to make sure we’re achieving the goals given to us by the owner. The most exciting part is our expertise and ability to take over the entire marketing department of the business while embracing anyone already on the team to create a holistic marketing program that allows the owner to get out of the day-to-day of the business and step into their visionary leadership role. We help them increase their revenue, visibility, authority and credibility to give them the confidence and freedom they need to create the business and life of their dreams. Our newest offer is a full deep-dive marketing strategy and done-for-you marketing plan that will be customized to fit the business, their exact client avatar and the specific goals the CEO wants to achieve over the next 12 months.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

My experience in building my own business through digital marketing year after year is the main quality that had the most impact because it shows I did it first by blazing my own trail at any given moment. I have never been a cookie-cutter person following the latest and greatest unless it was really authentic to me and who I am. I have always preferred to learn from many sources and then put together what works for me. I trust my intuition and the Universe to guide me through all the twists and turns of business. My spiritual background keeps me well rounded and grounded and in tune with myself, my team and my clients. My innate ability to build a team of experts, manage them and the work we do as well as prepare them to do more without my direct invovlement as I become more empowered to do for myself that I do for others. Walking my talk and leading by example with truth, transparency, trust and mentorship has been crucial to the way we work together internally and externally for our clients.

Awesome, really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?

I have to mention 2 books here because they go hand in hand in bringing me the most recent breakthroughs in my life and business. They are The Gap and the Gain and Who Not How by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy. After many years of mindset work with books and coaches, reading these 2 books were the final push I needed to shift everything I do. Learning to live in the gain instead of the gap changed my outlook on success, how I defined it for myself and how long it takes to get there. Then Who Not How helped me see where I still wasn’t fully utilizing my team and other resources to the full capacity to create a team managed business that allows me to step out of the day to day and be the leader, visionary, speaker and best-selling author I am now. It also opened up the “details” of everything to others with more and/or better expertise than myself so that we can all do and be the best we can for my business and my clients’ businesses.
