We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sraw Arellano. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sraw below.
Sraw, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?
My optimism comes from my faith and hard work. I believe that if you dedicate yourself to improving at what you love, it’s only a matter of time before it pays off. When you put enough time, effort, and heart into something, success becomes inevitable. I was once told, ‘Do what you love, even when no one is paying you, because one day someone will pay you more than you ever expected.’ That has always stayed with me.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m a multi-passionate artist with a drive to create in many forms. In January 2025, I achieved one of my proudest accomplishments by breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest tattoo session—tattooing 12 people over the course of 72 hours with only the minimal breaks allowed. It was both challenging and rewarding, and it pushed me to new levels as an artist.
Beyond tattooing, I co-own and help run Three Eyed Art Collective, a clothing brand that collaborates with multiple fashion labels and companies to share our art with the world. We’re expanding into jewelry design and even building a skateboarding brand as part of our growing creative roster.
I see our collective as an old-school art movement—one that doesn’t limit itself to a single style or medium, but instead embraces all forms of expression. For me, creating isn’t optional; it’s essential. My hands are my voice, and every piece of art I make is a way of speaking to the world without words.
This year, we’re bringing even more energy to our brand with Fresh Drop Fridays, releasing a new design or product every week. There’s so much more to come, and I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of what art can be

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
“I’ve been tattooing professionally for 16 years and designing clothing for over 7 years, and through that journey I’ve learned three important lessons about being an artist:
1. Stay true to your art. If you have a style you believe in—even if others say it won’t work—don’t let that stop you. Keep working at it, and one day those same people will be asking how you did it.
2. Creativity is an everyday practice. Inspiration is always around us—when you wake up, step outside, or change your environment. Even if you feel uninspired, it doesn’t mean the inspiration isn’t there. Shift your perspective, and new ideas will always come.
3. Take care of yourself. Art is powerful but also draining. With every piece, you give a part of yourself, and over time that can take its toll. Always make time for your own happiness and peace of mind—refill yourself so you can continue pouring into others

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
“We’re always open to collaborating with other brands, companies, and creatives. Stepping outside our comfort zone and working with new people—whether artists, photographers, models, or other brands—drives our growth and keeps our work fresh. We love building new connections, supporting fellow creatives, and turning collaborations into lasting friendships.”
