We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Stacey Paige. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Stacey below.
Hi Stacey , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Resilience for me is deeply rooted in my daily spiritual practice. Each day, I carve out time to step away from the chaos of the outer world and the chatter of my own mind. I go within – beneath the layers of ego, fear, and distraction – to the seat of my soul, my higher self.
In that still, sacred space, I remember who I truly am – beyond the challenges I face – and align with the greater flow of life. It’s where I reconnect with my dreams and goals, and the widsom and guidance of the Universe. It’s where I’m reminded that the deepest desires of my heart are not random. They are part of my purpose, my destiny, and they are fully supported by the Universe.
This conscious connection helps me trust in the unfolding of life. It reassures me that I am never alone – that I am guided and supported by something greater than myself. Through this practice, I’ve learned to meet challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities to grow, expand and evolve.
For me, resilience isn’t just about enduring; it’s about thriving. It’s about staying grounded in what truly matters and meeting life with intention, trust and purpose.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
As a spiritual life coach, my work revolves around helping people reconnect with their inner power, align with their vision, and create lives that feel purposeful and authentic. I’ve walked this journey myself, from a time when I was pushed by pain—reacting to life’s challenges—into a space where I’m now pulled by a vision, guided by clarity and intention. It’s this transformation that excites me most about what I do: helping others move from survival to creation, discovering the joy and freedom that comes from truly aligning with who they are meant to be.
My practice is rooted in the belief that everyone has the ability to thrive. It is up to us to design the lives we want to live, and we all have within the power to bring that life into manifestation. Through coaching, courses and classes, meditations and other tools for mindfulness and manifestation, I guide my clients to shift from being stuck in old patterns to creating a life they love. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone realize their own power—to see them step into their vision and make it a reality.
One of the ways I love connecting with people is through resources that help them pause, breathe, and reconnect. I have created a free guided meditation designed to reduce stress and anxiety. It’s a simple but powerful way to take a few moments for yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming. You can find it on my website, staceypaige.com.
In addition to the meditation, I offer weekly emails with tools, insights, and practices to support people in living with greater ease, clarity, and purpose. My desire is to inspire people to live confidently and boldly while embracing their vision. It’s truly an honor and a privilege to be part of all my client’s journeys.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Looking back, three qualities stand out as being most impactful on my journey: openness, willingness, and perseverance.
Openness has been essential because growth often requires stepping outside of what feels familiar and comfortable. It’s about being willing to consider new perspectives, try new approaches, and embrace change. Without openness, it’s easy to stay stuck in old patterns.
Willingness goes hand in hand with openness. It’s the decision to show up and take the first step, even when it’s uncertain or uncomfortable. Willingness means being ready to explore, experiment, and trust the process, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.
Finally, perseverance is what carries us through. Change doesn’t happen overnight, and staying committed to the journey -especially when challenges arise – is key. Perseverance isn’t just about pushing forward; it’s about showing up with consistency, grace, and trust in the process.
For those starting out, my advice is simple: stay curious and commit to practices that support your growth. Take courses, classes, and workshops that excite you and stretch your understanding. Begin a daily spiritual or mindfulness practice, whether it’s guided meditation, reflective journaling, walking in nature, or simply sitting in stillness.
Explore high-vibe material—books, podcasts, or talks that uplift and expand your perspective. Surround yourself with inspiration and tools that remind you of what’s possible. And most importantly, be patient and gentle with yourself. Growth is a process, and every step forward, no matter how small, is meaningful.
It’s not about getting everything right; it’s about staying open, willing, and committed to the journey. Transformation is always possible when we allow ourselves to lean into it with trust and perseverance.
Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
The first thing I do is stop. I pause, take a few deep breaths, and then practice box breathing for a moment or two. With box breathing, I inhale for a count of four, hold the breath for four, exhale for four, and pause for four. This technique gives my mind something to focus on, and the breath naturally calms me.
How I proceed next depends on what’s overwhelming me. If it’s a long to-do list, I’ll write everything down. I include even the smallest tasks, like scooping the kitty litter or doing the dishes. Seeing everything on paper helps me organize my thoughts. Then, I start with the easiest task. Completing something and crossing it off the list, no matter how small, gives me momentum and a sense of accomplishment.
If the overwhelm feels big and daunting, I remind myself to break it into chunks. I’ll commit to working on it for just 10 minutes to start. Often, once I begin, it feels more manageable, and I’m able to keep going.
The key for me is to simplify, breathe, and focus on small, actionable steps. It’s amazing how much lighter things feel when we allow ourselves to pause and take things one moment at a time.
