Meet Stefani Sellers

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Stefani Sellers a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Stefani, we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?

For self-care, I receive regular bodywork—massage, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, and energy work. These sessions help me stay grounded in my own body and connected to the same healing practices I offer others. I’ve also learned to curate my schedule intentionally, leaving space to arrive to work unrushed and to fully rest after tending to both home and business responsibilities.

Movement is another essential part of my care—sometimes that means walking by the ocean, other times dancing freely to music and letting energy move through me.

When I honor these forms of self-care, I feel more attuned to my senses and intuition. It allows me to be fully present with my clients—listening deeply, responding intuitively, and creating space for their healing with genuine attention and presence.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

At Sage: Healing & Guidance, I offer a blend of therapeutic bodywork and intuitive healing. My work weaves together medical massage, craniosacral therapy, and energy work to support the body’s natural ability to heal. I also offer spiritual guidance, witchcraft mentorship, and courses designed to help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom and intuition.

What I find most special about this work is witnessing people come home to themselves—when pain softens, the breath deepens, and someone remembers that healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but honoring what’s ready to be seen and supported. Each session is a collaboration, and I approach every client with the understanding that their body already holds the map; I’m simply there to help them listen.

Sage is growing in beautiful ways right now. I’m honored to welcome Seana Collins of Moon and Thistle Massage, who will be offering her healing services from Sage. Seana brings a deeply intuitive approach to bodywork, and together we’re expanding the ways clients can receive care, support, and transformation—honoring the body as a vessel for both physical and energetic healing.

Sage is a space for the unseen, the sensitive, and the beautifully complex—to find support, healing, and a return to wholeness.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, I’d say the most impactful qualities in my journey have been a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to truly listen—both to my clients and to what their bodies are communicating. I also hold deep care for the quality of each client’s experience, making sure every interaction feels intentional and supportive from start to finish.

My advice for those just beginning is to move with intention. Think about the small gestures and thoughtful touches that make you feel seen and cared for, and bring those into your practice. Those moments of genuine presence and attention are what build trust, connection, and lasting impact.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, I pause and breathe. I’ve learned that even a few conscious breaths can bring me back into my body and help me reconnect with the present moment. From there, I simplify—looking at what truly needs my attention right now and letting go of what can wait.

My advice is to create space between the feeling of overwhelm and the response to it. Slow down, breathe, and prioritize. When we move with intention instead of urgency, clarity naturally returns.
