We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Stella Bellas Events Co a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Stella Bellas Events Co, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
We get our work ethic from growing up in the hustle and bustle of New York. In addition our parents were our role models.. I Bryana saw my mom as a single
mother achieve things that I would not think was possible, such as growing in a
career without a degree and going back to school at the age of forty-five to reinvent herself to
keep learning and provide a better life for me. Regina got her worth ethic from seeing her parents work hard to make it out of
Brooklyn in the 70’s into a one family house with four children on Long Island where it was safer and to provide a happy and
comfortable life.
We have used our work ethic and resiliency to move forward in creating our company together. Going through these experiences
together as mother and daughter has strengthened our relationship and ability to
create solutions.

We are a Mother & Daughter event picnic company created from our passion of family gatherings and comfort food. Growing up in a New York Italian household,
Grandma Stella was the matriarch of the family. She hosted daily lunches filled
with amazing foods such as bread, antipasto, pastries all while providing laughs
and comfort through her infectious personality. Neighbors and friends were
welcomed into our home quickly turning into family, which became a tradition.
We create these picnics to keep her warm spirit alive, sharing good food and love
within an intimate space. We provide a variety of tastefully designed picnics
incorporated with different themes and decor tailored to each customer’s request.
From a bridal shower or engagement surprise to birthday celebrations or just a fun date
idea, Stella Bella’s Events will provide a unique and memorable experience in any setting.
Some of our fondest memories were around the dinner table sharing our day &
enjoying each other’s company over home-made Italian cuisine.
We put a great deal of detail and love into our picnics. Whatever we can do to
make the moment special for you we can provide to create unforgettable memories.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Qualities known etc: Consistency, perseverance, patience and flexibility are all traits required to grow your business
To keep going and do not get discouraged if it takes longer than others to get your business/
clientele off the ground. Every company is different and brings their own qualities to the table.
Don’t compare yourself to others on the journey and make your business your own with your own taste and experience so you stand out from others.

Yes, we are looking to collaborate with other small businesses such as photographers, pastry chefs, backdrop event companies and more. It is our vision to grow our clientele base with the other small businesses by providing a more enhanced experience with additional options to customize the clients special event.
