We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Stephanie Clark. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Stephanie below.
Hi Stephanie, thanks for sitting with us today to chat about topics that are relevant to so many. One of those topics is communication skills, because we live in an age where our ability to communicate effectively can be like a superpower. Can you share how you developed your ability to communicate well?
I have worked in the customer service industry since my first job at 16 years old and from there with each job, I took on those skills and took them to the next. I believe when you read, slow to listen, take what you learned from previous life lessons and self-reflect, that’s how you can connect and communicate best with others.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
You can learn more about me on @mssclark. I am currently taking pictures behind and in-front of the camera as a hobby and eventually doing some studies in college. I also enjoy self-portraiture and poetry on @mssxclark and I also enjoy writing and spreading the gospel on @thelight.book. I’m still under-construction and a work in progress.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Stay focused, remove the distractions and find your purpose. Don’t allow the distractions of life take you off of your course. When you stay focused, when you’re tunnel vision, nothing can take you off of your course. When you find your purpose, your reason, your why, that is the moment you don’t want to stop fighting for that calling you’re destined and designed to be. Fight for your destiny and truly find a way to live out.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
Honestly everyone in my life is helpful because they reflect back my heart and what I can be better at, what I need to heal, release and/or let go. I do thank the people In my life that know me on a personal level without them I would continue to see my blind spots. Some have spoke life in me that saved my life and others have humbled me and showed me versions of myself I don’t like yet changed me because of it. There’s something about a friendship that not only loves you in truth but doesn’t comfort you in a lie.. now that’s a true love right there 🤍
