Meet Stephanie Peck

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Stephanie Peck. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Stephanie, you’ve got such an interesting story, but before we jump into that, let’s first talk about a topic near and dear to us – generosity. We think success, happiness and wellbeing depends on authentic generosity and empathy and so we’d love to hear about how you become such a generous person – where do you think your generosity comes from?

I want to be in a position to always say yes. Finding financial success positioned me to say yes anytime I saw a need. I don’t have to hesitate to give. When someone in my church needs groceries I can send them everything they need without considering my own grocery budget. When someone in the community needs support, I have the resources and connections to make it happen. When my kid wants to try a new hobby, I can sign them up without worrying about the cost. I love that feeling so much that I never want to give it up, so I continue to work for financial freedom to always be able to say YES.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I own and operate a real estate team, advise home buyers and sellers on their real estate adventures and coach and mentor real estate agents. I believe that real estate is the most accessible path to building wealth so I get excited to share that opportunity with others.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Rejection is Gods protection – In this business we get told no more often than most people could handle. Learning my niche and who I love to serve has helped me understand my value and take rejection as a gift to open up more time for someone else I get to help.

Consistency – Real estate is not an instant gratification business. You could work for months with someone before they make a move, or pour into a marketing tactic for a year before seeing results. Work for the long game.

Be a servant – The more people you help get what they want the more you’ll get what you want.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I’m looking for real estate agents around the world that want to implement my proven strategies to dominate their local market and become the go-to agent for everyone they know.
