Meet Stephen Ardeneaux

We recently connected with Stephen Ardeneaux and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephen, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

As a kid and teenager growing up, I watched my mom raise my sister and I on her own. She did this by opening up her home as a daycare. She worked hard and tirelessly to make sure that my sister and I had a roof over our head.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

We provide commercial janitorial and complete floor care services to local businesses. We take pride in the ability to create healthy and safe environments for our clients, their staff, and their clients, as they operate in the facility.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Qualities that have become staples within our company is – 1. Being detailed oriented; 2. Strongly hands-on to the hiring and training processes – our staff are the front lines of our business; 3. Open Communicaiton – transparency with our staff and our clients is extremely vital to our success.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

I have personally seen a tremendous growth and development in how I try to lead my company and my staff.
