Hi Stephen R., really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Getting Saved on November 6th, 2022 by the Lord. Set Me on a path of rebuilding and purpose while going After My FIELD OF DREAMS. Found my way to the state of Texas to find everything that I was looking for in life and more. Met the wife of my dreams and started the window and door business I have always wanted too. Standing strong in FAITH has kept me alive and resilient to keep swimming. I have hit stages for Keynote Speaking to help other businesses and people overcome adversity.

Stephen R. Orefice has 12+ Years of High Level C-Suite Executive Experiences in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, and Leadership!

From the bright lights of NYC and to NOW the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex which he now calls HOME! GOD led him to beautiful Dallas, Texas to rebuild his life and allow his WHY to find him to chase his FIELD OF DREAMS.

He is the CEO of FIXIN TO WINDOWS & DOORS, A Locally Owned and Operated Luxury Window & Door Company Proudly Serving The DFW Metroplex, EST April 2024! They handle both Residential & Commercial Projects. They Specialize in Replacement, Remodel, & New Construction. Key Referral Sources are Custom Home Builders, General Contractors, Property Managers, Architects, Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Investors & Homeowners.

Stephen is also the CEO & Founder of SRO Business Coaching, Inc. established in May of 2022. STRATEGIC BUSINESS COACH SRO helps companies scale on a cleat string marketing budget. He knows how to implement key organic business strategies that bring explosive results in a rapid fashion.

Stephen has helped scale two different family-owned window and door companies as their VP of Sales – Wappingers Falls, NY ($2.5M to $6M) during a global pandemic in just 2.5 years and McKinney, TX (250k to 1M) in less than one year of time.

He began his career right after graduation from LIU Post in May 2011 in the bright lights of New York City working for FOX Television (Broadcast TV Ad Sales). He was the team lead for multiple high producing Account Executives which made him grow up real fast in the corporate world. The NYC grind was real and he lived, breathed, and experienced it. He is Hard Working, Kind, Passionate, and Persistent with an innate UNDERDOG Mentality! These characteristics were instilled in him as a young child from the competitive game of baseball and being raised with an entrepreneurial mindset from his mother.

His greatest passions include being the Husband to YAJA, Proud Father to MILO & JOJO, Dog Dad to SAMMY & RAMBO, Country Music Lover, Playing Golf, Bowling, Cigars, Working out at the Gym, Listening to Podcasts, Reading, Traveling, Coaching & Playing Baseball, Foodie, Tattoos, and a Craft Beer, Whiskey, & Wine Connoisseur. A Sales Disruptor, Marketing Strategist, and Master Networker.
