We were lucky to catch up with Suare recently and have shared our conversation below.

SUARE, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I needed a different and genuine method to express. I really like the fact that SUARE is genuinely me. My music and my performances are consequences of my life experiences. We all need a reason to get off the bed and start our days. For me, it’s my music, besides those who I love, of course. Music just keeps me sane and alive, allowing me to deal with a world that never stop and changes every day.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am SUARE, a DJ/Producer from Puerto Rico in Florida, United States. My latin roots runs through House Music, Drum and Bass, Techno, and similar sub-genres. Owner of independent record label: Back&Forward Records. Also, host of Back&Forward Podcast and co-host of Back&Forward Radio. The most exciting part could be when sharing stage or events, supporting artists like: Solardo, Sonny Fodera, Biscits, Alesso, CamelPhat, James Hype, Green Velvet, Nitti Gritti, Malaa, Joyride, Zomboy, Boombox Cartel, Morgan Page, and more. I consider myself a creator with no limits, having multiple mixes, remixes, dj sessions, podcasts, radio shows, and more on schedule, on a non-stop basis, to deliver real music and authentic content.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Auto-education, learning from each mistake and each good decision, and as mentioned before: consistency. Based on my experience, I need to say that I created my own path by auto-educating myself, understanding the consequences of my decisions. I’m very consistent and confident with what I am doing. No masterclass or magic trick will give you the understanding of what’s next if you don’t realize what you want, if you don’t understand where you’re at. Every artist has a different vision, and only you understands it a 100%. Trust on yours!

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Definitely! It’s been such a good ear for our record label: Back&Forward Records. There’s a lot to do, and we will be happy to continue expanding our team, or collaborating with those who are working hard, respecting everyone, and creating new things with love. We are now accepting demos from Producers and mixes from DJs. We have different contracts for different scenarios so we don’t limit our goals and visions.
