We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Subduer Dre. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Subduer below.
Hi Subduer, great to have you with us today and excited to have you share your wisdom with our readers. Over the years, after speaking with countless do-ers, makers, builders, entrepreneurs, artists and more we’ve noticed that the ability to take risks is central to almost all stories of triumph and so we’re really interested in hearing about your journey with risk and how you developed your risk-taking ability.
I come from a family of risk takers. Overtime as a youth growing I watched my loved ones take risks on what he or she wanted to accomplish and also receive the outcome.
Despite if the outcome was good or bad I developed the ability to understand that anything you want comes with taking risk and applying action.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a songwriter and musical artist. The most exciting and special thing about being a musician is the freedom of creativity and different forms of expressions I can use to get an idea or point across. For the readers, my message in music and brand is to overcome by tasking the risks and gaining knowledge that can help you expand. I offer songwriting services, song features and marketing/advertising information to help other musicians.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The first thing I did that impacted my journey of knowledge was renewing my mind by changing the way I think. Second, I had to find my purpose in life. Lastly, I had to isolate myself so I can focus on my goals.
The best advice I can give anyone reading this is to invest in yourself.
Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
Gave me time and taught me how to fish so I can eat forever.
