Meet Susan Dolan

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Susan Dolan. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Susan, we’ve been so fortunate to work with so many incredible folks and one common thread we have seen is that those who have built amazing lives for themselves are also often the folks who are most generous. Where do you think your generosity comes from?

I believe in giving back to my community. I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and thepeopleshub.org provides me with the opportunity to do that on a larger scale.

I’m passionate about giving back to my community and using my skills to make a positive impact. thepeopleshub.org provides me with the perfect platform to do just that. I’m particularly excited about leveraging my expertise in search engine optimization, digital knowledge, social media, and storytelling to help others. By optimizing online visibility, sharing digital literacy skills, building strong online communities, and crafting compelling narratives, I hope to contribute to the growth and success of individuals and organizations alike. I believe that by combining these skills, we can inspire, educate, and empower people to achieve their full potential.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Many years prior to setting up ThePeoplesHub.org I cracked the Google PageRank algorithm and had it confirmed by Eric Schmidt’s New York office. I had given seminars at business events and cruise liners on how search engine optimization works and the mathematics behind it. Then I met one of my best friends and business partner, Amy Varle who wanted to bring about change for people who were homeless and/or rough sleeping on the street. I used my skills and knowledge to help Amy and managed to get her Varle Report on ending homelessness into the hands of the then Prime Minister of the UK. I spoke to Theresa while attending a DrugFam celebration in Downing Street for all their hard work helping people. Theresa asked for Amy and I to return to Downing Street and present her report. Within weeks Theresa May sent half a million pounds to the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham to help with Housing First and to tackle ending homelessness. From then on I used my digital knowledge to continue to help Amy and eventually set up ThePeoplesHub.org to tackle societal issues to improve our communities. My journey has been a mixed one. I never went to college or university however travelling around the world, meeting and talking with people was the best education I could ever have. I would recommend travelling, studying and most of, listening to people if you want to help them.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
