Meet Susan Pie’

We recently connected with Susan Pie’ and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Susan, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

For the past … very long time … my focus, my heart, has been in the energy healing arts as well as a deep and profound relationship with Spirit. Interestingly, I didn’t quite know how to make that happen, or even if that was an option – it seemed to be the stuff other people did, not me. But from a very young age, I felt spiritual energy, I heard guidance from wise ones, I saw things through my heart and mind that defied any intellectual explanation. And the day arrived when the teachers began to appear…

I was ready to learn, to experience, to expand and embrace Who I Truly Am. The warmth of healing energy flowed through my hands as I worked with clients in energy healing sessions. As more knowledge became available, I studied many different healing arts and incorporated them in my practice. I sat in circle with others to learn how to listen more deeply to the wisdom of Spirit and to put into practice East-West spiritual philosophies. My life changed as I became willing to let go, open up, break free from ego-based thought processes, and simply “be.”

People showed up wanting what I had to offer. Trusting the messages from my guides as to how and what to share and with whom to share was a karmic experience, full of many lessons. Through trial and error, growth ensued. My path on the spiritual road continues to flourish. Every day is a new arrival point, with the next one emerging just beyond the horizon.

The journey is the best part of living. May you find your purpose. May you find your way.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

The primary focus of my practice is the Spiritual Response Technique (SRT). We have lived many times and carry unresolved issues and challenges from one lifetime to the next. SRT clears those unwanted energies as well as programming which our soul is ready to release so we may continue our pathway to ascension. As we let go, we are gifted true spiritual, mental, emotional and physical freedom. As both a practitioner and facilitator of this system, I have seen many positive shifts for clients and students alike. Classes are offered throughout the year in Basic level and Advanced level SRT. Private sessions are offered by zoom.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The gift of right timing seemed to bring what was needed for next steps. Too often we can settle into a complacency and think, this is enough, when in actuality we set up for stagnation. Allowing the subtle clues around us to open us up to next steps puts us in sync with our natural flow.

Trusting intuition goes along with right timing…learning how to read the room is not something everyone does naturally. Doubt can be a powerful stop energy – recognize it for what it is and move beyond it.

People can teach us so many things about ourselves – we have many teachers around us, some beneficial, some not. Reach out to them and hear what they have to say. Does it resonate with where you are going? Is this really a good fit? What’s the feedback from your experience telling you?

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

In any entrepreneural venture, the sense of feeling overwhelmed is a very real one. How do we take a break, reset our energy clock and plough forward without burning out? As a highly sensitive person, taking a break is critical to the benefit of my work. Working out, nature walks, gardening, bird watching, quiet moments without any distractions, traveling to sacred places to regenerate and take in the culture sets me on right path. Sometimes its as simple as a breathing technique, turning off the phone, unplugging from the computer for a while. Self-care is key in whatever way you choose.
