Meet Sy’ere Furch

We were lucky to catch up with Sy’ere Furch recently and have shared our conversation below.

Sy’ere, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I found my purpose through what used to feel like pain. Growing up with autism, I often struggled to understand where I fit in. There were days when I felt like the world moved too fast for me, or like I was speaking a language no one else could hear. But those challenges shaped me, not to hold me back , but to guide me toward something greater.

My purpose began to take form when I realized that my story could help others who felt the same way I once did. That realization led to the birth of Aumiax Apparel, a brand built on turning pain into purpose. I wanted to create something that represented strength, awareness, and unity for people with autism and their families.

Each design in Aumiax tells a story ,the puzzle pieces represent how every individual, no matter how different, fits into the bigger picture. The colors symbolize hope and diversity. Through this brand, I’ve learned that purpose doesn’t come from perfection; it comes from using your experiences to make a difference.

My journey with autism gave me a voice , not just to speak, but to inspire. My purpose is to show others that challenges don’t define you ,they refine you. Aumiax Apparel is more than clothing; it’s a movement of love, inclusion, and empowerment. And that’s how I found my purpose , by transforming my struggles into strength and my voice into a vision that helps others shine.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

My name is Sy’ere Furch, and I’m the founder of Aumiax Apparel — a brand I created to turn my story with autism into something positive that could inspire others. Aumiax isn’t just about fashion; it’s about purpose, awareness, and pride. Each piece of clothing I design carries a message of inclusion and strength. The puzzle pieces in my brand represent how everyone, no matter how different, fits together to create something powerful and beautiful.

I started Aumiax because I wanted to show the world that autism isn’t a limitation — it’s a superpower. It gives me creativity, focus, and a different way of seeing the world. What makes my brand special is that it speaks for kids and adults who want to be seen, heard, and celebrated for who they truly are. Through Aumiax, I want people to feel confident in their differences and proud of their stories.

Along with my brand, I’ve written two books that mean a lot to me — “Sy’ere’s Superpower: Turning Challenges Into Dreams” and “Sy’ere the Peacekeeper.” My first book shares how I learned to see autism as my strength, while “The Peacekeeper” is a collection of poems about kindness, hope, and bringing people together.

What excites me most is being able to use my voice and creativity to spread awareness and inspire others. Aumiax Apparel and my books are my way of showing the world that purpose can be found in the very things that make us different. I’m continuing to grow my brand and share my message through community events, awareness projects, and storytelling — because I truly believe that every piece, and every person, matters.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three most important qualities that have helped me on my journey are perseverance, creativity, and empathy.

Perseverance taught me that no matter what challenges come my way, I have the strength to keep going. Growing up with autism, I had to learn how to push through moments when things felt hard or when others didn’t understand me. That determination helped me turn my story into purpose through Aumiax Apparel and my books.

Creativity gave me a voice. It allowed me to express myself when words weren’t always easy. Designing clothes, writing stories, and creating poetry helped me connect with people in ways that made them feel inspired and seen. Creativity turned my thoughts into something powerful that could reach hearts.

Empathy helped me understand others and build something bigger than myself. Through Aumiax and my books, I’ve learned that when you truly care about people and their experiences, you can create real change.

For anyone just starting out, my advice is to be patient with yourself and keep believing even when it’s hard. Don’t compare your path to anyone else’s — your purpose is your own. Use your challenges as fuel, your imagination as your guide, and your heart as your compass. That’s how you’ll build something meaningful that lasts.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

My ideal client is someone who believes in purpose, positivity, and making a difference. They don’t have to have autism or know someone who does — they just have to care about inclusion, kindness, and self-expression. The people who connect with my brand and books are usually the ones who want to wear something that means something, not just looks good.

An ideal Aumiax client is someone who embraces individuality and celebrates the beauty in being different. They believe that every person has a story worth telling and that small acts of understanding can create big waves of change.

When someone wears Aumiax Apparel or reads Sy’ere’s Superpower or The Peacekeeper, I want them to feel proud of who they are and inspired to spread that same energy to others. My ideal clients are dreamers, helpers, and changemakers — people who lead with heart and want to be part of a movement that’s bigger than fashion or words. They help me carry the message that being different isn’t a flaw — it’s a superpower.
