Meet Tamara Green

We were lucky to catch up with Tamara Green recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tamara , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Embarking on a lifelong quest for purpose, my journey began over four decades ago, immersing myself in daily spiritual practices, exploring wisdom traditions, and fostering personal growth. Through teaching others to find their purpose, I discovered mine: a steadfast commitment to love-driven spiritual evolution. By practicing this philosophy with loved ones, clients, and even adversaries, I’ve transformed challenges into opportunities for deep connection and understanding. My multifaceted approach to helping others combines decades of spiritual and personal development with extensive training in psychotherapy. This potent blend empowers individuals to discover their true selves and life purpose, fostering inner happiness and healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

As a psychotherapist and dating/relationship expert, my passion lies in guiding individuals to discover self-love, purpose, and fulfillment. At the core of my work is the transformative power of love to overcome fear, a message that extends beyond my profession into my personal brand. Recently, I’ve expanded this mission by sharing spiritual and personal growth content through YouTube and Facebook, drawing from diverse wisdom traditions like A Course in Miracles, Buddhism, and Kabbalah. My goal is to support others in navigating life’s challenges and cultivating meaningful connections.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

In my personal journey, I attribute my growth to the following three areas:
1) Spiritual Practice: Engaging in daily prayers, meditations, and exploring diverse wisdom traditions has deepened my understanding of self-love, purpose, and fulfillment. Prioritize your spiritual practice, as it will serve as a wellspring of inner peace and clarity.
2) Teaching Others: Helping others discover their own purpose and fostering deep connections have been instrumental in refining my own understanding. Seek opportunities to share your wisdom with others, as this will not only benefit them but also provide invaluable insights into your own path.
3) Practicing Love: Embracing love as a transformative force, both in personal and professional relationships, has been fundamental to overcoming fear and promoting growth. Strive to lead with love in all interactions, recognizing its power to heal and bring about positive change.
4) The guidance and wisdom of transformative coaches have been instrumental in my growth. In particular, my training as a Love Mentor® under Dr. Diana Kirschner, author of “Love in 90 Days,” has equipped me with invaluable knowledge and experience in the realm of love and relationships. Over the past 15 years, her mentorship has provided me with a solid foundation of understanding that continues to shape and enhance my professional and personal life.

My advice to others is to commit to an inspirational practice that grabs you, and don’t stop. And, when you do stop, b/c you probably will, don’t criticize yourself, just gently forgive yourself and get back to your daily practice.

As we end our chat, is there a book you can leave people with that’s been meaningful to you and your development?

In my journey, “Seven Sacred Flames” by Aurelia Louis Jones has been a pivotal resource. Through the wisdom shared by Lemurian and Atlantian ascended masters, I have gained profound insights, including:
1) The Power of “I AM”: Embracing my “I AM” presence has strengthened my connection to the Divine and my True Self, fostering a deeper understanding of my purpose.
2) Unconditional Love and Guidance: Recognizing that I’m always supported and loved by higher forces has provided comfort and reassurance during challenging times.
3) Overcoming Fear: By acknowledging that fear is ultimately an illusion, I’ve learned to approach life with confidence and trust in the universe.

These powerful lessons continue to guide me on my spiritual path, shaping my perspective and encouraging personal growth.
