Tasha , thank you so much for making time for us. We’ve always admired your ability to take risks and so maybe we can kick things off with a discussion around how you developed your ability to take and bear risk?
Taking Risk is one of my arts and i love it. Taking risks has gotten me through many doors with great opportunities. Who are you? What is it you would love to do. Finding your purpose and taking a risk not knowing what road it may lead takes heart, courage, faith and resilience. To walked a journey without knowing exactly where you’re headed but trusting the process of t6he journey takes hearts. So, take risk because you may be exactly where you expected to land.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. Being Shy 2. Thinking I don’t belong in the room
3. Trying to bring others on your journey that wasn’t meant for them, only for you..

So many people told me what I could and couldn’t do.

My Advice, I want all women to know, never allow someone to throw you into a box, telling you what you can and can’t become and what you can’t do. Stand proud and let the world know “You can do anything and be whoever you choose and as a “Strong Black Woman” I’m here standing with you you ready to stay moving forward in this journey of life to continue knocking down doors along the way. And Remember the most important factor is to believe in you and never give up. It’s so important to me to let the world know “We As Women Are Here To Thrive.” To become greater overtime with hard work and dedication. Being shy is a part of life where you second guess yourself. If you’re in the room, then guess what? That’s exactly where you are supposed to be and every great opportunity isn’t for everyone else. Now, Go Be Great.

What would you advise – going all in on your strengths or investing on areas where you aren’t as strong to be more well-rounded?
My advice, it’s very important to improve in areas you’re not as strong in to build character and a better you. To overcome those weaknesses of Fear
