Taylor, we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?
Taking time away from the business every once in a while to be present in our personal lives and observe a day of Sabbath each week has been great for our business. We’re more focused and less overwhelmed whenever we step away from the busyness that our work brings.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
We are a deluxe marquee letter rental company that has giant 7-foot-tall marquee letters. Representing the largest on the East Coast. One of the most exciting parts of what we do is getting to travel and see our letters light up all kinds of events. Watching people’s reactions when they see how massive the letters are in person never gets old. It’s always “they are bigger than I thought”. Everytime.
Our goal has always been to help people create lasting memories and make their celebrations truly stand out. We’re incredibly blessed to do something this fun for a living. And while we can’t spill all the details just yet, we’re working on some exciting new additions to our business that haven’t been done before. We can’t wait to share them when the time comes!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back, three qualities that have been most impactful in our journey are creativity, efficiency, and confidence.
Early on, we spent a lot of time learning how to visually enhance our marquee letters. Whether it was through lighting, decor add-ons, or overall presentation. Getting advice and feedback from others in the industry really helped us refine our look and make our displays stand out. We also worked hard on improving our setup and breakdown process, finding ways to move faster and more efficiently without sacrificing quality. That’s something we’re still proud of today.
And maybe the biggest lesson of all has been knowing our worth. When you run a creative business, it’s easy to undervalue your time and talent, but understanding the value of what you offer changes everything.
For anyone just starting out, keep learning. Don’t be afraid to receive critique with an open heart; it’s how you grow. Stay curious, watch what’s trending on social media, and never stop improving your craft.

How would you describe your ideal client?
Our ideal client wants their event to be truly show-stopping. They love bold, high-impact visuals and know that our 7-foot-tall marquee letters can completely transform a space. Whether it’s a luxury wedding, romantic proposal, milestone birthday, or corporate event, they want guests to walk in and say “wow.” They value quality, creativity, and statement decor that makes their celebration truly memorable. Most of all, they see our letters not just as decorations, but as the centerpiece that brings their vision to life.
