Meet Taylor Radway

We were lucky to catch up with Taylor Radway recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

My confidence and self-esteem were built the way most meaningful things in my life have been—through experience, adversity, and a willingness to reinvent myself. I didn’t come from a perfectly linear career path. I earned my confidence by proving to myself, again and again, that I could adapt, learn, and excel in completely different environments.

I spent years in sales and network marketing, where you either develop thick skin or you don’t last long. Becoming a six-figure earner in that industry taught me resilience, communication, and how to stay centered despite constant rejection and pressure.

Later, transitioning to the traditional business world—building a security company, a service company, and a sports and talent agency—forced me to grow as a leader. Each business came with new challenges, but also new proof that I could operate at a high level in any industry if I stayed committed and willing to outwork everyone else.

My time in security, including four years as a bounty hunter, also shaped my mindset. When you’re in real-world situations that demand calm decision-making and personal discipline, you naturally build a different kind of confidence—one rooted in competence, not ego.

Becoming a father added another layer. Nothing matures you faster than realizing someone is watching your every move. It pushed me to be intentional, consistent, and to lead by example.

So my confidence isn’t something I “switched on.” I built it over time—by taking risks, learning from the wrong rooms and the wrong people, overcoming setbacks, and proving to myself that I could continue leveling up. Every chapter gave me evidence that I’m capable of doing hard things, and that evidence is ultimately where my self-esteem comes from.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I wear a lot of hats, but everything I do centers around one theme: helping people and businesses grow. My career has taken me through the sales world, network marketing, the security industry, entrepreneurship, and now media—but each step has shaped the brand I’m building today.

Right now, one of the most exciting parts of my work is hosting a show with Denver Sports Betting, which airs on FOX’s KDVR. Being able to blend sports analysis, storytelling, and entertainment for a growing audience has been an incredible experience. This past year alone, our content has reached millions on social media, and watching the community around it grow has been something special.

Beyond media, I run companies in marketing, security, sports, and SaaS. I’ve always believed in diversifying not just income streams, but skills—and that’s allowed me to help clients reach new heights, whether that’s doubling walk-in traffic for a business, building digital systems, or taking on large-scale security operations.

What I’m most passionate about, though, is sharing what I’ve learned. Coming from the network marketing world, transitioning into traditional business, building companies from scratch, selling companies, and reinventing myself more than once—it’s given me a unique perspective on what it really takes to succeed.

That’s why I’m excited to tease something new: a podcast launching in early 2026. It will focus on business at every stage—mentorship, practical advice, mindset, tips and tricks, and the real conversations most entrepreneurs wish someone would’ve had with them sooner. My goal is to create something that’s not just motivational, but actually useful for both first-time founders and seasoned business owners.

Everything under my brand—from the companies I operate to the content I produce—comes back to one mission: providing value, creating opportunities, and helping people level up in their own lives.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The three qualities that have impacted my journey the most are adaptability, communication, and strategic discipline.

1. Adaptability
My path hasn’t been linear—I’ve gone from network marketing to security, from bounty hunting to building companies, and now into sports media and marketing. Each chapter forced me to adapt quickly. The ability to pivot, learn fast, and not be afraid of new environments is the reason I’ve been able to succeed across so many industries.

Advice:
Put yourself in situations that stretch you. Say yes to things before you feel fully prepared. The fastest growth happens when you’re slightly uncomfortable.

2. Communication
Whether it was closing deals in sales, negotiating contracts in the sports world, running teams, or hosting a show on FOX KDVR, communication has been at the center of everything. Clear communication builds trust, influence, and opportunities.

Advice:
Practice speaking, writing, and listening with intention. Record yourself, take notes on your conversations, watch good communicators, and don’t shy away from roles that force you to talk with people of all backgrounds.

3. Strategic Discipline
I’ve learned that talent means nothing without consistent, strategic action. Growing businesses, managing clients, building media platforms, and preparing to launch a podcast—all of it requires discipline. Discipline is what has allowed me to find success even when motivation fades.

Advice:
Create systems, not goals. Systems run even when you’re tired, busy, or uninspired. Start with small routines—daily outreach, daily learning, daily content, daily planning. Small consistent habits compound faster than people realize.

Ultimately, my journey has taught me that you don’t need the perfect plan—you just need the willingness to evolve, the ability to communicate clearly, and the discipline to show up every day, even when no one is watching. Those three skills can take you farther than almost anything else.
