Meet Teauna Frazier

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Teauna Frazier. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Teauna below.

Teauna , thank you so much for taking the time to share your lessons learned with us and we’re sure your wisdom will help many. So, one question that comes up often and that we’re hoping you can shed some light on is keeping creativity alive over long stretches – how do you keep your creativity alive?

For me, creativity is fueled by connection and the joy of seeing women step into new experiences. As the founder of Bmore Girly, I’ve had the privilege of watching women try hobbies they never thought they’d enjoy, forge friendships that turn into sisterhoods, and step out of their comfort zones with excitement and laughter.

Seeing the impact of these moments keeps my creativity alive. It’s knowing that each event we host has the potential to change someone’s day—or even their life—that drives me to dream bigger and think outside the box. Whether it’s a dance class, a picnic in the park, or a workshop class , I’m constantly inspired by the courage and enthusiasm of the women who show up and make our events special.

I also believe that creativity thrives on purpose. For me, that purpose is fostering a community where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Whenever I brainstorm new ideas, I think about the connections being built and the confidence being nurtured. It’s that sense of impact that keeps my ideas fresh and my passion strong.

In many ways, Bmore Girly is like a canvas, and the women in our community are the vibrant colors that bring it to life. Their energy and openness to try new things make it easy—and exciting—to keep creating.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

As the founder of Bmore Girly, Baltimore’s largest women-only social organization, I create opportunities for women to connect, grow, and thrive. Our mission is to cultivate a sense of community by offering unique events and experiences that encourage women to step outside their comfort zones, discover new hobbies, and build meaningful relationships.

What excites me most about Bmore Girly is the transformative power of connection. It’s not just about the events we host—it’s about the friendships that blossom, the confidence that grows, and the moments of joy we create together. Seeing women walk away from an event feeling inspired, supported, and empowered is what makes this journey so special to me.

This year, we’re thrilled to announce that Bmore Girly is expanding into new cities across the DMV area! This growth allows us to bring our mission of connection and empowerment to even more women, creating vibrant communities in new locations. Whether it’s fitness classes, social gatherings, or community service projects, we’re committed to offering experiences that resonate and inspire.

Bmore Girly is more than a social group—it’s a movement. It’s a space where women can be their authentic selves, find their tribe, and celebrate life’s moments together. Whether you’re looking to try something new, meet new friends, or make an impact, Bmore Girly is here to welcome you with open arms.

I’m excited about the future and the ways we’ll continue to grow, create, and inspire together. Thank you for being part of this journey—there’s so much more to come!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back on my journey, I’d say three qualities have been most impactful: resilience, creativity, and the ability to connect with others. Each of these has played a vital role in building Bmore Girly and shaping the leader I’ve become.

Resilience: The path to creating something meaningful is rarely linear. There are challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt. Resilience has helped me push through those tough times, learn from mistakes, and keep moving forward. For those early in their journey, my advice is to embrace challenges as part of the process. They’re opportunities for growth, and each hurdle you overcome builds your strength for the next one.

Creativity: Innovation and fresh ideas are at the heart of Bmore Girly. Whether it’s planning unique events or finding new ways to engage our community, creativity keeps our mission alive and exciting. For anyone looking to cultivate creativity, I’d suggest staying curious. Expose yourself to different perspectives, try new things, and don’t be afraid to think outside the box.

Connection: Building relationships has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. The ability to connect genuinely with others—whether it’s women in our community, collaborators, or supporters—has been invaluable. My advice is to listen more than you speak and approach every interaction with empathy and authenticity. People will always remember how you made them feel.

For those just starting out, remember that success is a blend of persistence, passion, and people. Develop your resilience by taking small risks and learning from them. Nurture your creativity by staying open to inspiration from unexpected places. And most importantly, invest in meaningful connections—they’re the foundation for everything else.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal client is any woman who is ready to invest in herself and embrace new experiences. She values connection, community, and personal growth, and she’s open to stepping outside her comfort zone to try something new. Whether she’s looking to expand her social circle, discover hobbies, or simply create space for joy in her life, she’s someone who sees the value in community-driven experiences.

She doesn’t have to fit into a specific mold—our community is beautifully diverse, and we celebrate women of all backgrounds, interests, and lifestyles. What matters most is her willingness to show up authentically, engage with others, and take part in building something meaningful.

At Bmore Girly, we aim to provide a supportive and empowering environment, so an ideal client is someone who resonates with those values. She’s curious, enthusiastic, and believes in lifting others as she grows. Together, we create a space where women can thrive and build lifelong connection
